I only played the Remake I heard he got buffed in the remake but I never get why people hated on Near Future so much. It was one of my favorite ones. It wasn't too short and you didn't need a guide. Plus killing a whole wave of RC Cars by telepathically telling them that their mother is disappointed in them is forever going to be entertaining to me.
I think the reason dear, is because the chapter is a little complicated because you are moving back and forth and backtracking. ❤
But at least it is not like the "Twilight Of Edo Japan" chapter, also known as "Bakumatsu: Secret Orders". I have heard that the chapter is very good. ❤
Well whoisthisgit did make a video talking about why he dislikes it and another on how it was improved in the remake.

See people have uploaded the new version it's just that Square Enix keeps copy striking them all down
While I love the remake's soundtrack a lot, I think I'll miss the Harmonica thingie of the original, it gave Akira's battle theme a unique feeling. Again, I love the soundtrack, and the saxophone also gives a good vibe, but I miss the original instrument.

@@Amberleen_the_Light_EeveeSome other RUclips channels have even the original remake version of the song - the trick is that they added gameplay footage to the video to avoid the copyright. Unfortunately I don’t think it can be monetized that way though.
