Truthfully I love Muse and i get even affected by the way they argue about their work, they always talk to interviewers with a bit of proud but they never leave out their humanity and Matt keeps on a smart and clever way. Fairly they've been an important point on my music overview even though I acknowledge a slight dissatisfaction over the last album, they showed up in a different key which sticks to commercial tunes, as if they got thrust towards a lack of inspiration, a shortage of dedication I may not stand. This disappointment mainly belongs to the huge love I put in this band, thus you all may share my standpoint because what supplied on The 2nd law looks worthless but a prize to Follow me.
@@dillarddillard-p4e right, I'm not English. Anyway being on this page after years I want to say that Muse are getting worse and worse probably because they're running out of ideas and their style pretends being too electronic. Aside from a few tracks that I deem decent most of the songs spawned since 2015 proved to be far from their initial insight, inspirationisn't the key of the albums anymore and maybe they're sticking to mainstream without considering their fondest fans. I was spellbound by the way they played along with masterpieces such as Sunburn. Today I'd toughly admit being charmed by Muse since Muse are not that band I relied on anymore. Even representing a devoted name in the musical scene my preferences moved towards other bands where that indie sparks still is visible.
I understand ,you want them to stay the same because that’s the type of music you prefer. That’s perfectly fine and I’m glad you have found some bands that please your taste. Muse have just released their 20th anniversary release of Absolution album with 26 songs, if you like that album. However Muse will never stay in anyone’s box , music company included. They are artists and creatives that have to fly free. That’s why i love every song they have ever released , they are unique , unfettered and always melodic. All the best to you in your musical pursuits.
The fact that I m not particularly keen on their recent fabrication doesn t mean I completely quit the band. I may undeniably confess that I feed up with some of their anthems daily and I m not afraid of telling you that they were an essential source of relief when I was sick. Their music successfully helped me overcome some of the barriers I found in my life when I was unmvotivated and a kind of nervous breakdown was about to hit me. The strength of their music allowed me to focus on positive things and to start over. Both Muse and Placebo have been the key of my life, these are the two bands that affected my behaviour during the years and if I had to take my life back I would relate to these artists again and again.
The guy in the beginning says (DUTCH): Im standing here under the stage were Muse is playing, the band who is headlining pinkpop 2004 They were playing here in 2002 also but they climbed up being the headliners. I was curious how matthew's face would look, because a few months ago he tripped while performing en got his own guitar in his face, it didn't look pretty. But he looked ok. Later more Muse but first were gonna take a look at Paula's interview with the gentlemen of Muse
He's shy !!He touch his hands, his hairs ^^Great man!!I like so much this guy,is my god endlessly,I like MUSE sound!!Let's rock Matt!! Thanks for the video, srry my bad english.
''ik was even benieuwd hoe het gezicht van zanger matthew eruit zou zien want een paar maanden geleden kreeg ie tijdens het optreden-struikelde ie, viel die op z'n harses, kreegt ie z'n eigen gitaar in z'n smoel. en dus dat zag er allemaal niet zo fraai uit, maar het viel reuze mee.'' ik heb hier nog nooit zo hard om gehuild van het lachen
+ialnaseer77 I think atheist is actually quite right. Theism and atheism are positions of belief, gnosticism and agnosticism are positions of knowledge, meaning a gnostic atheist claims to absolutely know there is no god, while an agnostic atheist simply doesn't believe there is a god, but isn't sure. So unless you say you're a gnostic atheist or gnostic theist, your position is rather open-minded. I think the word he was trying to avoid was "anti-theist". The easiest way would probably be to say he's simply non-religious.
@Sneakwitty It's good that you translate it. I mean I can read it but not everyone xD. And the speakers from my comp are broken so I can't here a thing :S
Well it's pretty obvious he gets so much attention, he writes the songs, he's lead singer and the only guitarist and he plays piano too. He doesn't demand the attention I think, but he prolly doens't really dislike it either =P
LMFAO when he says "let's just all get naked" and she says "good idea" he gives her a look like "ok crazy women" while he is fake laughing. i like is philosophy about having no shame in who you are and to just expose yourself. that must be why he is trying to expose conspiracies. he is really down to earth in this video, other times he is just all over the place (poking/interpreting Dom, making weird noises, playing with spoons...) love Matt and the whole band!
wow, i think that was a dutch interview, wasn't it? when i talked so fast and i didnt understand him, i just looked at the subtitels, cause its kinda similar to german and thats where i'm from. so i understood almost everything. :-)
Regarding the jacket, I must have it. If anyone knows the label please let me know. Also the black one he wore at V Festival this year with the white round zips. And the trainers on Wembley DVD. Would be greatly appreciated
Matt Bellamy one cool customer. But hey hey I love hearing English spoken with a female dutch voice. It makes me go all tingly like 'lets get naked & go smoke illegal substances' :D
I think it was quite rude of that female presenter to ask him if he was embarresed of his music..what kind of bloody question is that. So glad he dealt with that so well like....erm well no I am happy in my own skin!?! God if I had an opportunity to interview Matt I would not be passing critical comments like there would be so much more you could gleem from his musical intelect. Anyway just think she made a blunder what a fool
@IndianaJoel93 It's all good, just keep a level head about some of these things. It is just the internet. :P and nah, I'm not a muslim at all. Haha. ANd i've never seen that. interesting
i love the way he answers all the questions. so deep. he understands music better than anyone
Matt has the skill of talking faster than the speed of light.
is it really that fast?, i speak the same speed, it doesnt seem that fast, its just a bit of fast thinking but thats it you can follow cant you?
DRINKING GAME!
drink every time Matt thinks
"Let's all just get naked *adorable laugh*" I LOVE YOU MATT
If it has Matt in it, It's got to be 5 star

pwaller93 your words are perfect to describe them.nice analysis!!
@keylzuk Well, Matt's even said he doesn't think he can sing. It's a perfectly acceptable question that lets fans get into the real Bellamy.
Great interview. Great Matt.
Point taken, and I agree, but his eccentricities certainly make him all the more appealing for the media to focus on.
I think I saw that movie.. very good effects by the way
yeah it really shows through his music
i love the way he talks!!!!!!

"let's all just get naked"
roflmfao...best quote ever :'D
matt is one cool guy, nice guy too.
I think the term he was looking for is 'agnostic' rather than "atheist."
