bbrooks762us, I believe you're watching my old RUclips channel that I can't use anymore, here's the new channel link that you'll need to subscribe to ruclips.net/channel/UC3zSF2wGBv1pzuUYksU8d3w Thanks for watching and commenting!!!
I recently joined a gem and mineral club, last week I did my first cab with some instructions, you filled in all the questions I didn’t think to ask at the time. Thank you for filling in the blanks and then some too. I am certain I will be watching more of your helpful videos.
Hey EG, thanks for your video once again. A tip for getting the camera to focus on close ups, put your other hand behind the cabochon so it takes up most/all of the screen. That usually makes the camera focus because the background(your hand, paper, cardboard, etc) and the cabochon are the same distance from the camera.
Glad I stumbled across this video.. We need to make a bunch of heart shaped pendants for a craft sale we have been invited to at Kingman KOA (Arizona) Feb 3rd! We have made hearts before but going to try it your way :)
Thank you for using my videoand I hope it will make it easy for you to make the heart shaped cabochon...I also posted your post on my timeline for others to see, there's other videos I did that your group might benefit from so I would recommend to subscribe to my channel for the new upcoming videos. Thanks again. Elie
DesertHuesDesigns - Small world! I live just outside of Kingman. Do you know anyone selling a cabbing machine. I'm about to buy a new Cab King but rather find a used one that I could see first.
Sorry I don't. You might find used machines in Quartzsite. It's a bit of a drive but there are hundreds of vendors there this month. Good deals on material too. Other than that nothing comes to mind.
Thank you for the video. I was wondering since you actually move the stone in between the two wheels so that the stone is actually some what behind the face of the wheel, does that mean this is not possible on a 6 inch since they don't allow as much room between the wheels. I have the cabking 6 inch wheel machine.
Sir, can you tell me what the material is that is distributing the water on your wheels and keeping it from letting the water splash on you. I have such a problem with the water splashing all over me, and if I turn the water presure down it foesnt seem like I get enough water. Or do the wheels just need a little bit of water.
I use thin rubber sheets and cut them to suit. Watch this video it will show the inside of the cover and how the rubber sheets are mounted. ruclips.net/video/p8iOhP80TaE/видео.html
Hello Elie. Your videos are very well done. We really find them useful. Thank You!
Thank you for the video. I was wondering how hearts were done. I'm new to this, so still learning. Keep up the great work!
