This is a lovely home and well priced for The Villages. Congrats to the seller and potential buyer! Hubby and I agree that best home values are in the older areas, especially homes with no bond. This pretty home obviously has been very well cared for. Makes us think about relocating from Tampa Bay to The Villages!

It is in the older area. The seller can get to Spanish Springs town square in less than 9 minutes on her golf cart. The Oak trees on the way in are gorgeous.
That is a great house for the price. In my village, that would cost $450,000+.

Some neighborhoods, like this one, has only residential traffic and low speed. You only have to worry about the golf carts, no so much the cars. haha
