Thanks for this video as well! I love all the exercises, but the first try of the Glute Kickback made me look very silly on my video :-D I just couldn't find the right position and it looked really funny, me crawling around, back and forth, up and down the elevation step! Haha! Here I created the time stamps for each exercise to find it easier during my workout: Goblet Squat 1:23 Squat to Press 1:42 Single Arm Squat to Press 1:52 Angled Squat to Rotational Press 2:01 Hack Squat 2:18 Knee over Toes Squat 2:42 Landmine Low Hold Squat Jumps 3:10 Goblet or Low Hold Cossack Squat 3:33 Goblet or Low Hold Cossack Lunge 3:52 Zercher Curtsy Squat 4:09 Suitcase Reverse Lunge 4:31 Overhead Reverse Lunge 4:53 Lunge to Press 5:10 Knee Drive Reverse Lunge 5:24 Step Back and Through Lunge 5:43 Tall Kneeling to Standing 6:00 B Stance Goblet Squat 6:16 Skater Squat 6:28 Bulgarian Split Squat 6:47 Front Foot Elevated Knee over Toes Squat 7:07 Regular Split Squat 7:25 Split Stance RDL 7:47 Single Leg RDL 8:04 Romanian Deadlift 8:21 Rotational Deadlift 8:39 Rotational Deadlift to Press 8:57 Rotational Clean and Press 9:16 Single Leg Hip Thrust 9:39 Glute Kick Back 10:01 Calf Raise 10:20
That one can be tough to setup on the first try. I usually get setup on the mat without any weight to start, do a couple of bodyweight reps, and then add in the barbell. Don't give up!
No flash, just great, well narrated, well filmed and to the point content. The landmine (combined with a pull up bar) is the archenemy of the fitness equipment industry as it replaces so many machine exercises at a price, and footprint that most people can afford. Filly deserves more subs
I really appreciated this video! I have been in a plateau and this video provided insight into a new piece of equipment and how to incorporate it into my workout. Thanks!
Fantastic. Love the Landmine variations. I'm doing the 20 minute landmine workout you posted a week ago. The one where you exercise with the timer alongside us. It's great as well. Thanks again and have a great day.
Perfect, I love that. I‘m glad that you got Sissy Squats in your Program, I never came to the idea to do them with the barbell, a must have exercise for me. All of them are great, thank you for your effort and this great plan!
I don't have the large plate floor part. I just put the end right into a corner and do the press part. I am glad you showed me that you can use the landmine to do legs and arms.
Liked and subscribed great video. I just got my home gym a month ago and love it lost over 10lbs first month 266 to 254 I'm 6'4". I never used landmine before but love it have the Kleva landmine which is easily adjustable and 360 degrees and I also use it with Henny straps which are great for belt squats I use squatter arms to hold front of landmine then lift it over and weight is right under me almost as good as Rogue Rino and can do more weight holding onto rack for stability and taking weaker back out of it. I also bought rubber ball that grips horse stall mats and can let my son/wife lift while I'm using rack or Rep open trap bar which is my favorite.
Getting there last major piece comes this week Rogue's Kabukki Transformer bar I have shoulder mobility issues plus want to do more comfortable front squats and Hatfield squats too. Going to watch more of your videos LOVE landmine and never used them until home gym. Feeling stronger core already.@@marcusfilly
Never thought of doing split squats using the landmine. Even though I love split squats I also hate them lol and using landmine would help me worry less about losing balance or putting too much pressure on my knees because of it. Will try it next time I am in the gym, thanks for that
I should have grabbed Persist during the black friday sale. You really are doing something special with the information you put out. I appreciate what you do!
why not message and say what you just said, 'I missed it, I should have grabbed it, you are doing something special'' and ask please if he might give you the deal, still? You have nothing to lose by asking.
I love landmine exercises, however, since I have small (and somewhat arthritic) hands, I struggle with my grip especially with the exercises holding the end of the bar with one hand. Any tips?
Bear grip lifting straps are amazing for this I use them for Landmine, you can concentrate on the movement instead of worrying your gonna drop the bar 😅

Thanks so much 🙏🏻
agreed! If I had descovered the versatility of the Landmine, I would probably have saved a lot of money (and space) equipping my home gym!
Spot on,every day is a learning day
🙌
This last exercise for calves is awesome because you focus on the stretched part of the movement.
wow! i'm quite experienced with landmine exercises and i still learned a thing or two. well done sir!
Sick moves! I tried leg training on a landmine setup for the first time today--there will definitely be a repeat session! Thank you, great vid.

Single leg hip thrust - great idea. I always struggled with the awkward setup of the standard barbell thrust.
Video is well done! 5 Stars! Thank you!

Wow, congrats on losing 10lbs! It sounds like you have a sick gym setup.

Awesome 👏
so good, using this as a trainer
I am surprised how great this equipment is, but you really don't find a lot of recent videos of people using it.
Love your videos. Thanks for the info
Thanks for watching!
good stuff, thanks again

Happy this helped! You can also do split squats with a hand assist, like this. ruclips.net/video/EVlDRQ7GA2E/видео.html
@@marcusfilly I see, thank you for the tip

I’ll definitely be implementing these on my leg days!
Have fun!

it was just 20% off.... instead I bought Mayhem Rich Froning 40% off
Thank you! I'm excited to try out a lot of new movements with the landmine.
Enjoy and let us know how it goes!
Thank you Marcus, Great video! I love the landmine and train at home this is extremely helpful!
I’m stoked you got a chance to watch
This is a fantastic video
Thanks for watching!
How many exercises per workout from these options 2-4.?
How many sets and reps to perform on these exercises, please? Thanks
Brilliant! Love these, and I love the landmine attachment 😊 I will be incorporating these exercises into my workouts.
Are do they with 6 reps is enough?
is this a good gym substitute?
Where can i buy the landmine attachment you use in this video?
What is the landmine base you are using?
How many sets and repetitions to perform in each excercise, please ???
Try something like 3 sets of 8-10 each. You can mix and match to create different killer supersets.
@@marcusfilly ohhhk.... wonderful...thnku so much...😊
😍😍😍😍😍
Exercise at 2,55' for me impossible i dont understand of the problema Is my leg or other 😢!
I love landmine exercises, however, since I have small (and somewhat arthritic) hands, I struggle with my grip especially with the exercises holding the end of the bar with one hand. Any tips?
I would invest in a pair of lifting straps and use them when holding onto the landmine
Bear grip lifting straps are amazing for this I use them for Landmine, you can concentrate on the movement instead of worrying your gonna drop the bar 😅
All 30 as a super low rep circuit?
01:23...01:43...02:20...08:23...10:21
That Romanian deadlift...don't do it without a cup if you hold it near you tool. Trust me.
Y el hack squads? :(
I love hack squats with a landmine
You gotta lose that manbun...
