She HAS to win. This song has everything that Sweden has been lacking the past few years. The rawness, the emotion, the lack of pretention...leaving her heart on the stage Cannot get enough of this. And it doesn't hurt that the official recorded version is also perfection (unlike the over-autotuned songs of past years)

Agree, but sweden has a tendency to vote for the songs with least integrity and artistry. Just the most overly polished crap. Best example of this was Lundvik - too late for love, and The mamas. Just overly polished feelgood with no artistic meaning.
The fact sweden has won so many times the last years have little to do with the nations taste, the general swedes taste is very shallow and wt, this is just a way bigger industry than in other countries. We just manage to chose the winning song here and there, even a broken clock is right two times per 24 hours x)

She told us in an interview that there were a couple of issues with the staging during the semi. The lighting will be different in the final and the camera work will be better. Also, her mother is giving her outfit an upgrade. I am excited!

Im actually really dissapointed of the entries in melfest, this is the onlyone that gives me a little bit of hope for Sweden. And for ESC there are only two songs that I like and that is Polands and Spains entries, Poland being my favorite. I had kinda big hopes for this years competion but so far im dissapointed, but there is still time for some good entries to come in.

I think the simplicity of the stage settings is so refreshing. Then there is Cornelia's voice...raw and so cool. Really like this one.
The lyric is just too relatable - it resonates hard within me as a gay man from a conservative country. It brought tears to my eyes and pain in my chest listening to it the first time (brings back memories - too many goodbyes over the years). This is one masterpiece. Great song and fantastic delivery by Cornelia. Best of luck in Melfest - and wish she could bring Eurovision trophy to Sweden!

Sweden, this should be your choice, it could be your new Euphoria or Heroes from my point of view. It brings authenticity, personality and class throughout these three minutes. I never had fallen in love with a swedish entry like this, since Statements by Loreen, and that song should also have won the Melodifestivalen in that year. Moreover, I think that you could get the european public into a song like this and I reckon that you should not lose this opportunity.
