Cazzi Opeia (Moa Carlebecker) är en av Sveriges mest framgångsrika kvinnliga låtskrivare genom tiderna. På Spotify har låtar hon skrivit spelats över 4,8 miljarder gånger.
Hon fick sitt stora svenska genombrott som artist med ”I Can’t Get Enough” i Melodifestivalen 2022, och som en av låtskrivarna till ”Tattoo” med Loreen vann hon både Melodifestivalen och Eurovision Song Contest 2023. Därutöver har hon vunnit American Song Contest som en av låtskrivarna till vinnarlåten ”Wonderland” med artisten AleXa.
Cazzi Opeia är en efterfrågad låtskrivare inom K-pop och står bakom mer än 40 förstaplaceringar på Billboard-listorna och samarbeten med bland andra BTS, TXT, Red Velvet, NCT 127 och Enhypen.
För sina insatser som låtskrivare utsågs hon 2021 till ”Årets internationella framgång” av Musikförläggarna, och hon tilldelades Stims Platinagitarr 2023. Tillsammans med Ellen Berg i låtskrivarduon Sunshine har hon tilldelats den svenska regeringens hedersomnämnande för insatser av särskild betydelse för svensk musiks internationalisering.
Cazzi Opeia är även dj och vokalproducent. Hon började skriva egen musik vid tidig ålder. Hon blev utslagen under kvalveckan i Idol 2009 men fick sedan skivkontrakt. Hennes debutsingel "I Belong To You" från 2010 blev en hit när den nederländske världsstjärnan DJ Tiësto tog med en remix av låten på ett av sina album.

@@baroncicala1934 You clearly don't kow how music industry works. Almost every song writer takes inspiration for other artist and song writers. Number one rule you'll learn in school is plagiarism isn't okay to do. Doing a stright copy of a song is illegal. Some songs might sound similar to another song because the writer or artis took inspiration form a song she/he herd. For it too classified as stright copy you have to use the same chords and chord changes at the exact same time as another song with the same type of instruments in the same key, or have a very similar lyrics and the artist singing the same notes as another artist do or have parts of a song sound the same as another song. That is how a song is classified as a copy. Not by it sound similar to another song. You can't say she is ripping off other songs if she takes inspiration from other writers or artists

Songs like these are, unfortunately, a bit hit and miss at Eurovision. Sometimes they do really well and sometimes they flop. Depends on the mood of the audience.

@@viktorlindqvist5308 There is a lot of over lap. Alot of mellofest song writers were credited there it seems. If only the format was more like Mello fest. ASC would've been better :( or just do 3 semis of 18 each like in eurovision and one semi of 24.
