Since I discovered your 3-yard quilts in January 2022, I have made at least 10 of your patterns, purchased 5 of your books, encouraged my quilting friends to try your patterns and had my guild purchase one of your 6 books deals. I went into my sewing room and found so many 1 yard cuts to create enough of my own kits to make at least 20 charity quilts. Of course, your kits are so tempting that I have purchased 4-5 even though I already have more fabric than I can ever use. But the fabrics you put together for your kits are just too beautiful sometimes to pass up. Your customer service is stellar. You've changed my quilting world and I thank you so much. I not only make 3 yard charity quilts but quilts for special family and friends. If I lived in Texas, I would be begging you for a job just to work with such creative, kind people!
Anne, wow! Thank you so much for the kind words of support! 10 patterns made already? Look at you! We can't thank you enough for sharing our patterns and books with your friends and guilds, its through wonderful people like you that we are able to share more about 3-yard quilts to quilters everywhere! Keep up the great work with your charity quilts, we are honored to have our patterns made for such wonderful work. 😊💜 Have a wonderful weekend!
I love your videos! I especially enjoy when you show different color ways and how you break down the blocks to show how truly easy the assembling is for each one. Thank you Donna and Fran. ❤️
Hi Jen! Yes, we are planning a show around that very topic! In the meantime, all of our books include instructions on how to enlarge the patterns to a twin and queen/king size. Hope that helps! 😊
@@FabricCafe yes, I own several of your books and I'm ready to try enlarging one for a bed spread! You do such wonderful videos, that I thought it would be nice to see the process in action. Keep up the great work!
WOW that Curio pattern works great with modern geometric fabrics - but I can also see it with fussy cut or small panel floral blocks!! Would look like a garden trellis!!
I just love the funky zigzags. Of course, it's because I love red with black. That zigzag fabric was so beautiful too. Thanks for showing what these fabrics will look like in a quilt. Great job ladies.
The geometric shapes added a nice twist addition to different patterns. They all looked artsy and were sex neutral for charity giving. Thanks for the sparkle encouragement today.
As I am a visual learner, I appreciate the visuals of the completed quilts! I love the “busier” fabrics, but who am I kidding, I love all the quilts you make!!!
I absolutely love it when you do a "Rendering" of the chosen fabric & pattern. It gives us all better vision of the fabrics & pattern. Get shapes without the Exercise...lol
Love your videos and look forward to seeing them! Love when you show a digital picture of the quilt pattern and fabric. It gives me an idea of how the quilt will look. Can you do that with all the patterns and fabrics in the videos. It would be so helpful! Can you do a book and video on more traditional quilts and fabrics.? They're my favorite type of quilts. I'd love to add that book to my collection of Fabric Cafe books and patterns! Keep up the great work!!!! ❤❤❤❤❤
So ladies, if you had to pick a go to pattern what would it be. That would be a cool topic for a show. To have Hannah and your son on there too. Maybe have everyone pick out their favorite go to pattern, pick out a kit and then make it and show it off.
Knocked it out of the park again. Thank you for inspiring me to not give up on your patterns or kits. I love those rendering images they really help this visual learner.
I am loving those bright, bold prints! And I really appreciate those computer renderings; it´s been said before, but it really helps us to visualize how the finished quilt would look. And Fran, your new book is a GREAT one! Thank you. ladies!
I loved this video. You have such a wonderful touch for decorating, and have given much food for thought for next Christmas. You have a beautiful home. Thank you for sharing. 😊
I LOVE geometric prints! This episode was fantastic. I loved Pink Parfait (and I don’t like pink), Funky ZigZags the best. You have given some great suggestions and ideas. Thanks so much!
Hmmm. When you look at the pinwheel another way, you see the hourglasses (or bowties as I call them). Once again, I love seeing Donna and Fran interacting. It's like Jenny and Natalie at MSQC. ❤️
I just love your videos! I so look forward to Tuesday and Thursday ❤ so many great fabrics and I do love as many patterns as Fran does 😄 I just added painters dots to my collection! I can’t wait to make a quilt with that amazing fabric ❤️❤️
Could you ever do a pattern for a bed quilt? I'm having a hard time finding a pattern to use. I'm a new quilter, so don't know how to make adjustments to patterns. Thank you.
Hi Karen! The exact dimensions for each pattern can be found on our website, but most of the patterns finish at 45"x60". In our books we provide enlargement instructions for a twin and queen/king.
Fran, do you realize you say "It's one of my favorites" about SOOO many quilts?! I know you love them all, but you must have ONE favorite!
Nope. That's like asking someone to name their favorite child. I agree with Fran. I have lots of favorites.
@@jeanmanz2234 Love your response! So true! Donna
Sara, you're right! I do say that! So many quilts it's tough to choose just one! fran
I love all the quilts

Hi from Australia! Love waking up to a new video from you 😊
I would LOVE to see a video with tips and tricks for enlarging my 3-yard patterns to twin or queen size! Pretty please!

Love all your quilts and you both always have on the prettiest blouses
agreed
Love them all. Especially love how you use the cropping tool to break the quilt down. Making things LOOK so much simpler!
So glad!

Love the painted dots

Love it when you show the rendering of the fabric in the pattern. Sure helps me a lot.
You all are awesome. Thank you for sharing. 👍🥰❤️🎉

Not a geometric fan in general but your enthusiasm is infectious! Love the Delight pattern.
Thanks Patricia! Glad we brought some cheer!
Love your videos. I play them just to get a lift. 😊
Aww, haha! Thanks Deborah, you're so sweet! 💜😊 Glad we bring some positivity!
I probably would pass right over some of those fabrics in the shop, but seeing them used like you suggest inspires me! Thank you
Awesome, Christine! That's what we're all about; inspiring everyone to make something beautiful - but easy! 😊
I absolutely love it when you do a "Rendering" of the chosen fabric & pattern. It gives us all better vision of the fabrics & pattern. Get shapes without the Exercise...lol

Hello from Westminster, Massachusetts!
Love your shows just discovered them. Thank you you help a lot.
The painters blocks would also look good with a dark background.
I LOVE geometric prints! This episode was fantastic. I loved Pink Parfait (and I don’t like pink), Funky ZigZags the best. You have given some great suggestions and ideas. Thanks so much!
Yay, thank you!
Great quilts and kits💗🇦🇺
Another great video Ladies !
Thank you much !
Thanks for watching!

I really like when you do “pieces and parts”. It helps me visualize how the quilt goes together. That isn’t a strength for me.
Your fabrics are the best
Thanks Louise!

Thank you for another great video.

Just finished making the Puzzle Me pattern- beautiful and very quick to make
I’m working on a Delight quilt currently.
Could you ever do a pattern for a bed quilt? I'm having a hard time finding a pattern to use. I'm a new quilter, so don't know how to make adjustments to patterns. Thank you.
All of the patterns have ability to make them larger in the directions. You will need two yards of each.
Every book has the patterns written for three sizes: Lap, Twin and Queen/ King. You need 3, 6 or 12 yards to get the three sizes. Donna
I love your patterns but do you include specific info on how to make a bed sized quilt? Just wondering, hoping I wouldn't have to do the math 🤭
I think they include instructions on enlarging to different sizes in the patterns.
Yes I do! Evert pattern in our books give you instructions for a lap, a twin and a queen/King size.
I have 5 yards of beautiful fabric that I want to make a quilt with but I can't figure out what to do.any suggestions? thanks
Hmm. We have a couple of 5-yard quilt patterns on our website that you might find interesting - www.fabriccafe.com/5-yard-quilt-patterns-s/2013.htm
I wish you’d showed the block on the first quilt
🧡💗🧡
What size are the quilts
