I would use fabric three as an inside border and fabric 2 as an outside border if there is enough fabric. That way fabric 2 isn’t up against fabric 2 in the blocks. Your version of this quilt pattern turned out beautiful.

I live about 30 miles north of Charlotte, NC and these two friends are Southern (well, one is from Texas so I guess that counts! And the other from Louisiana!)!!! Today yiu reminded me of those Clearly Perfect HST ones that I have every size of - just forget to use them😉😉🥴🥴😳😳. Oh, and I love seeing your fur babies in the background!!!😻😻😻
If you're going to do a lot of chain sewing a wee cutter that uses old rotary blades to separate the blocks might be handier than scissors for you. Love the new April!!!, 🤗

I like the borders. Fabric 3 was just too busy. Also remember that Ash Wednesday, the first day of lent, falls on Valentine's Day this year. So giving up chocolate is out. Unless you aren't getting any chocolate candy this Valentine's Day.

I put this book on my list to get at the AQS Daytona show the end of this month. I love the heart quilt, something I’d like to make. I’ve stopped making queen & king sized quilts, just too much for me to handle, I’m 81

Really helpful for going through the Fabric Cafe patterns at a slower pace. I might have to get this book now. Your quilt looks fantastic and I like your choice of borders. I was going to say the ombre for the border not fabric 3 and the white sets it all off beautifully. I am inspired now 😁😁 Love your accent but unsure of which part of your country you are from!
