- This is how Stoicism changed my life, and how it can change yours too. 3 core principles that will help you be more stoic.
I was always fascinated by the emotionless, rational & strong way of thinking by the ancient stoics.
And so from a young age, I already implemented stoic practices and followed some principles.
Until today, I drastically changed my life and after watching this video, you will know why.
When I was young, I had a monkey mind, but I was able to turn it into something great. Today, I am able to enter Monk mode and enjoy pure focus and the state of flow.
Stoicism is not just a way to productivity to me, but also to happiness and calmness.
I feel connected to stoicism a lot, because I live in Cyprus, the island where Zeno of Citium was born. Citium is today's modern city Larnaca.
