Your meal plan is really well balanced. I feel like these portions are not too big so u can eat more but they are high in calories at the same time. I struggle with that a lot cause my meals are so so big and yet the calories never add up 🥴
You and your decision makes me happy and get very energy motivatied me to choose health life, no more restiction, no more pain about my fear foods or eating to much of a whole day. I am in recovery too, last week I went 'all in', I try to not track my calories and I eat food, that I'm craving. I don't wanna compere my eating habits to others people, but I probably eating way more than you.. and I still don't have a period :(((. I hope I will get back in nearly future. I think I slowly noticing some changes.. its probably a tiny cervical muscus. Anyway be strong and keep going! "❤️❤️
hey darling!! i’ve been all in for about a month and it’s only just came back, please be patient with yourself. i’ve legit just finished two share packs of chocolate as i get extreme hunger still. try not to compare as i am still eating so much😘😘😘

Right know I eat around 2300-2500 kcal, but in some day, when my hormonal imbalance is stronger I feel I can eat and eat, and there is no eding. I feel like my period is right next to corner.

I eat vegan since many years because of ethical reasons and eat mainly dishes of buckwheat, millet, protein powder, sweetpatatoes, chest nuts flower, bananas, legumes, nuts, seeds, nut butters, die fruits, starchy veggies, also coconut, other gluten free flours (can not digest gluten), avocados, olives, fruits, granola.... To maintain my weight now I eat around 3000 kcal. My BMI is normal, but low.
Periods are definitely not a sign of being recovered or weight restored. Some people never lose their period despite restricting and being a low BMI. It's just a sign that your body is beginning to function again xx
well, as you should know as a person working with people with ED, everybody is different, everybody's ED is different, everybody starts recovery at a different point and therefore everybody needs another personalised treatment. You should also know how rude it is to say things like "you barely eat" to people with ED. She clearly said that she's in professional treatment so it's not your job or right to come here and leave rude and judging comments.

I ate around 4000 kcal for three years and got my period back after seven years of ed!

I work wih people with ED and girls at the beginning of recovery eat 4000 to 5000 calories, and that is the right treatment, you barely eat girl

Everyone is individual and requires a different amount of food and calories. It also depends on what her team have set her to gain each week
