As delicious as this might be I am afraid all cuts of beef are now expensive here in England. It costs a pretty penny for a lump of beef so I wouldn't dream of putting it in a pasta dish. Any beef I buy will be going on the plate with roast potatoes and yorkshire pudding.

Hello, lovely recepie that you have :)
One of the things I do to is undercook de pasta and then add it to the sauce. I put some water little by little to get a better texture of the pasta and when they are al dente I serve :) With that method the pasta really drinks the sauce and the sauce get creamy thanks to the pasta starch.

En ARGENTINA tenenos varios platos ejemplo Asado, Empanadas de carne vacuna de pollo Locro Puchero tanto este como el anterior se cocina en una olla muy grande porque es como una sopa que lleva carne, verdura, papa batata zapallo y el locro la diferencia es que se cocina min maiz quebrado y porotos pero no tenés idea lo rico que es saludos
