I heard the word VUCA yesterday in a meeting and was wondering its meaning. Thank you for your explanation it's very clear. I'm going to use this strategy for my own projects. 🙂
Happy to help! I would suggest to read "Antifragile: how to live in a world we don't understand" by Nassim Taleb as well: ruclips.net/video/fUU9sPU__MY/видео.html&pp=gAQBiAQB
nice video! it's interesting how your explanation also put solid grounds on explaining not only Dave Snowden's Cynefin Framework, but also Systems Thinking. Are you familiar with them?
Thank you, Aditya. I have heard of systems thinking. My interest in VUCA comes mostly from having exposure to the world of software development, as well as reading Nassim Taleb's "The Black Swan" and other masterpieces: ruclips.net/video/tQEH9caNMi8/видео.html
