Dear Henrik I am Roger Chou, CSP, CLP from Taiwan. I want to translate this video subtitles into the Chinese version for free because of the contribution to the Agile community. Please confirm I can make this contribution.
I came across this video after being referred by the Google/Coursera course 'Agile Project Management'. I must say, it serves as a pivotal resource for aspiring Scrum Masters or anyone seeking to grasp the essence of agile in just 15 minutes. This video is particularly valuable for executives who are familiar with the term but require a concise and persuasive explanation on the benefits of adopting agile methodologies, specifically the Scrum framework, for effective project management.
I have watched multiple videos on agile but this truly stands out! A big shout out to the creator for the visual representation and clear/ crisp explanation! Thank you..
A very good video that isn't only applicable for a Product Owner role but allows to see the various ways of where the Scrum Master can be helpful. Self managed teams with the right direction will build great products. The only thing that throws me off is the reference to burn-up charts and the way to utilize these to provide an educated guess what can be delivered and when. Realistically speaking, there will always be a situation where managers would want many features to be delivered in a short period of time and don't accept a simple "No" for an answer. That is where the PMs come into play to see how things CAN be done. There is the option (when possible obviously) to storm the beaches and crash the schedule by throwing in more resources or outsourcing some of the work.
You should get a million dollars for this video because viewing and reviewing it is worth days of expensive agile coaching and that for many customers all over the world. Almost everybody doing agile coaching has this video included in their session, because it is better than what anyone else can come up with, in terms of applicable theory.

Excellent! Excellent! No one can explain all this information in 15 minutes articulating it very well! Thank you @Henrik Kniberg. And I can't believe it was posted exactly 8 years back!
This is one of the best video on Agile. so simple and easy to understand and implement it. Good work Henrik
The way you explain stakeholder management is fantastic. Complex situations can be made far simpler using all of this.
Thanks Google for Agile Project Management course who suggested this video.
Explanation of Agile Methodology and great samples resumed in a simple way, gold info
Impressive this is a 7-years-old video, yet still so true in today.
still missing design team ;)
@@roopekolu8241 you could day it's implied they're part of the development team
I have learned more about PO in this video than in 1 year of actually shadowing POs. Thank you so much for this!
4:20 "that's a hard job"
That's a huge understatement. This person must be a business expert(as in, the product knowledge), an excellent analyst and a marketing expert. And you need to perform an analysis almost on the fly, without weeks or months of research.
It's almost impossible, and rare people who meet these criteria probably have something better to do.
I just took a 4 week Agile course and this 15-min video did a better job of explaining the Agile Framework. Thank you so much.
LOL. I was sent here to watch this as part of my training. In many instances we are doing the opposite of what this video says.
I know this video through proposal of Google PM course. Your video really helps me wrap-up all the terms and understand how a Scrum team operates. Thanks a lot. I will share this.
This is great, but isn't it a little bit disturbing that both stakeholders and PO are depicted happy and at large, and developers are faceless and inside a bottle?
Full Agile course in 15 min. only! You are the Godfather of it! This is the exact meaning of PERFECTION
Hey Henrik...
thank you so much for your great work! I read "Get Agile" and it was very cool but focuses an Scrum in general.
You showed me the most important spots to look at and the things I want to learn like the trendlines and dependencies while developing a product or features.
Thanks a lot,
Jan
I came here from Google Project Management Certificate Course and I would like to thank you very much! An amazing video to understand how an Agile world looks like!
This is gold, thank you sir.
One of the most important framing & explaining of product ownership there is

I've recently taken up product owner role and I find this video a gem for me. It has taught me a lot in 15 minutes that one could not understand in months or even years. Thank you 🙏 Keep up the good work
We have to study this video for our exam! Great video, well explained ;)
I think I've shown this video to every single new company I've come to ... as an input to discussions of how we can be more efficient. Great video Henrik.
who came frome coursera 🙂

😂😂I did
Came here because this video is featured in the Google Project Management Professional Certificate Program. This video covers everything on the Module 5: Agile Project Management. Such an awesome explanation!
Awesome.. love this..
Thanks for sharing Knowledge.
What an amazing short video, you're a genius! This video can help so many people struggling with project management. I love the way you explained the goal in agile methodology is to produce the best outcome rather than as much outputs as possible.
Dear Henrik
I am Roger Chou, CSP, CLP from Taiwan.

I didn't initially but just took it immediately I saw your comment 😊
I have watched multiple videos on agile but this truly stands out! A big shout out to the creator for the visual representation and clear/ crisp explanation! Thank you..
Who’s here from Minecraft??
Simply the best video out there to learn the role of a Product Owner as well as to understand technical terms like backlog etc.
Still pure gold after 11 years.
Thanks for doing that Henrik.
