Brahma satyam jagat mithya is the statement spoken by Adi Shankaracharya. It is not a mahavakya & is also not from any upanishad. More about it you may get from vivek chudamani written by Adi Shankaracharya.

In many Upanishads it is vividly described that brahma Or the consciousness is all-pervading, unchanging, unaffected, absolute reality & is substratum of everything. Also it is stated that universe, world was never created & it is an appearance. So world is taken as mithya, unreal, false. Neither it exists nor is non-existent. World borrows existence from you/ me the pure consciousness. So it has dependent existence. But particularly the exact famous line - Brahma satyam jagat mithya, you are looking for is not from any upanishad. It has been spoken by Adi Shankaracharya. The four mahavakyas from the Upanishads are
Aham brahma asmi
Pragyaanam brahma
Ayam atma brahm
Tat tvam asi.
