Rock Hound Rally - Water Under the Bridge

- I finally found some time to sort through my Rock Hound Rally footage from back in August. I apologize for being away. I've been keeping busy (riding), which is a good thing! But now that the season is over, I have some free time (finally) and will be uploading more videos in the next month or so. So keep your eyes peeled.
The Rock Hound Rally is a one day GPS guided event hosted by Rally Connex, located in the Kawartha and Madawaska highlands, in Ontario Canada. It consists of multiple off-road challenges to choose from, which range from easy to very hard terrain. This year, I successfully rode and completed the Gold class, with the help of my teammates of course! Water Under the Bridge is one of the many challenges Gold class riders need to complete in order to finish. It was rough and slippery, but still a lot of fun. Great challenge! I can't wait to give this one another shot next year and see how much I've improved (hopefully).

A few years back we rode a couple 690s in the Rock Hound and under the bridge was a pretty entertaining section on those bikes. That year the routes was down the river.

@@rose.lantaigne Never say never but I'm on the east coast now. The plan is to come to ON for the Corduroy enduro in the next year or two. Battle of the Prospectors in QC is the firm plan for next summer though.
@@TeamStruggleBunny I did the Corduroy Enduro this year and it was awesome. Definitely worth checking out. I’m also curious to try Battle of the Prospectors!

Did you run any special tire for this?
I have a Shinko 525 gummy paired with a Tubliss system in the rear. I run that all the time, not just for this event. Tubliss is awesome because you can run low psi for better traction. And when paired with a soft compound tire like this 525, traction is out of this world!!!
