Activison said "They didnt want to split the player base" That I get but my thought and what someone said is they made the multiplayer but fixed all the things that were broken so noob tubes and one man arm etc... So the multiplayer didnt feel like the same game so they didnt want the blacklash of changing too much or of not fixing all the thing that were "Broken' If that makes sense.
As I see it, the C.I.A. kinda deserved to have the tables turned on them. They had a perfect chance to take out Makarov then and there and instead they decided to mow down a bunch of civilians to "prove their loyalty" for what? To take him out at a later date? Am I just missing something Sour?

Interesting fact about MW2: if you change the gravity value in game for the OG MW2 to Earth's true value of 9.81 m/s^2 (it's ~22 m/s^2 by default), the entire campaign is beatable except for a single section, the driving part at the end of The Enemy of My Enemy is My Friend. The Jeep will always leave before you can get inside, meaning the level cannot be completed.
Even the snowmobile jump? Maybe you get truly absurd speed and just artificially slowed in the air because there's no way the gravity on that jump makes sense.

After some research (Aka, watching Act 3 of S0ur's playthrough), you can indeed get identical M4A1's in Second Sun during the white house approach. If anything I'm more staggered that I remembered that dumb detail from when I last played years ago. Veteran mode gave me brain worms for weapon pickups.

I honestly found MW2R's Veteran to be quite average, but the mission that gave me the most trouble was Takedown. All those aimbot FALs and AKs on the rooftops of the favela almost made me smash my controller.
@@diorsawaaj Takedown was hell. I found the best way to beat it was getting a fal and headglitching every window for a couple minutes to make sure the spawns had stopped. Rojas must have had a nap mid-chase. The other awful one was loose ends because on the escape I got an awful save where I had to immediately move or get mortar insta-killed, but still find cover to not get shot in the face, but not slow down because you're still getting chased. After about 90 deaths on that checkpoint the successful run was some john wick shit, perfectly cooking nades to kill guys who peek me so I can grab their gun before it even hits the floor to replace the l86 slowing me down.
Got 50/50 achievements and 1000G for the game yesterday, it was a blast to relive the MW2 campaign in 4K. Can’t wait till they drop Special Ops and Multiplayer for the game as well! Got The Pit in 19,20 seconds, it was a pain......

I am pretty sure you could shoot at Makarov’s squad without being penalized, even being able to kill some LoL. I don’t know why they removed that in the remastered version. It was so cool trying to kill Makarov even though he couldn’t be killed at that mission 47:47
I love that you play the most hardest difficulty for when you do a let’s play. So many creator do let’s play on a moderate difficulty and it’s just does have the same entertaining value as your content brings. Keep it up!!!!
It was price's plan to launch that nuke and EMP the US as a bold move to stall the russian invasion, that's what his speech about "putting out an oil fire" was about before the mission. The rest of the team was apparently unaware of his plan and thought they were trying to prevent the nuclear launch.

Did sour not knew that on the mission cliff hanger the first enemies you see with soap, you can go up to them and get a takedown scene. Also while your alone and the first enemy you see thats sitting on the chair, go behined him and try to knife him, you will also get a takedown scene
I know it's coming, but as a huge fan of MW2 mulitiplayer, I hope they don't add it. I played the campaign, and it looks good, but the sounds and animations look horrible in my opinion. I know it's a small and superficial detail to most, but to me, that is just as important as the balance of the game. If I don't like how the guns feel, I'm not going to enjoy it. I'd rather just have my untainted memories and just accept that those days are over, and try to find new games to feel that way about as an adult. That's probably an unpopular opinion, but it's my two cents nonetheless. Thanks for the vids S0ur!

Modern Warfare 2 is easily the best CoD campaign and my favorite game in the series. BO2 is a close 2nd
