Very real. I appreciate this. We're similar. 25 and I graduate this spring with my masters in MIS. I move to nyc this fall to start my corporate analyst job. I'm from Texas and have no connections there. Hopefully I connect with people as well. Do you recommend finding a roommate. I feel like a $3k studio doesn't make sense right now 😩

I definitely think building strong connections with others is very difficult and tbh I still struggle with this too. I think actively putting yourself in positions to meet other people will help you find the right people you want to connect with. Also, yes I recommend finding a roommate. Not only because it saves you lots of money (Yes, 3k for a studio is insane lol) but your roommate could end up being one of your closest friend in the city!
