2011 Ford Fiesta - 5 speed manual problems

This a 2011 Ford Fiesta base model with the 5-speed manual transmission. 5th gear first disappeared and later became stuck. We pulled the transmission and determined the cause was a severely worn shift fork.
Replacements aren't currently available, so we welded this one back and up and sent it.

Great video, we have some noise coming from our 2010 gearbox, same thing with the oil - its metallic but not magnetic - so this gives us somewhere to look once we get the box out.... thanks again for the great content
