The shot did not go right as the whole thing was supposed to implode into the basement. It did not which created a large haul off problem. The project bankrupted two demolition contractors before my dad Gil Dunn Services and joint ventured with Rueben Rieffle Demolition to finish the job. With old school crane and ball they were able to open up the un imploded basement and stuff the remains in the hole where it was supposed to go to begin with.
I wish I was alive in the ‘80s to see this.
Btw, a woman born on the day this was imploded was just shot and killed in Chicago. RIP.

"Ryan," " Scooter Trash", and "EEK" were ther so I guess their rig was near by, just couldn't think of a reason to take video of a pumper.
