Even though denis cyplynkov was novice and young here he still was an elite armwrestler only brzenk stopped him right hand in 2008-2009 but after that he dominated everybody right hand including brzenk
dennis is 6'1 for sure. I am exactly 6'1 without shoes, I got a pic of me and dennis, we are the same height, I also pulled oncescu left handed that day :( He opened my hand up with only side pressure :)
I'd like to see a match with Devon Larratt (right handed) and perhaps left. I'm sure Devon (right handed) would be stronger and more technical everywhere. Devon could toproll him but would probably test him in a hook to see how strong Denis is. I dont think Denis could touch Devon Larratt inside a hook.
@HandelandJ ..Is there any clip of Denis v Binnie ?..I remember Binnie made some big claims on a potential match with Cyplenkov and how overrated he is. I guess it all backfired on him
I think it was either just for show or Denis was just trying to toproll him and since Denis usually hooks, he had trouble getting Semerenko's wrist bent back. You can see that as soon as he gets Semerenko's hand, Alexey goes down, and also in their first match Denis wins easily. And if anything Semerenko would have been more tired in their 2nd match than Denis would be since Denis has no tough matches to get tired from and Semerenko did...
@ic069 lol! my bad mate, at the end of the vid they switch sides of the table, I took that as them changing hands. I thought one was left and the other right :S whoops
If you monitor you can see that denishardly has any good arm wrestling skills.. Its his brutal brutal strength.. You can see the ease with which he wins.. i think hes enjoyin oponents struggle for some time.. lol. can't imagine him 2-3 yrs down the line.. As Breznk said.. he felt like pulling an iron electric post when he tried LEFT handed
To me it looked like Denis was just messing around since he beat him in a second at the end. All the way from center to pinning Alexey took 1 second. And he fucked around with Christian Binnie who beat Alexey once (lost twice) but Alexey is top 6 in the world left handed. Now he's banned for 2 years for failing a drug test but, he beat Binnie twice and lost once to him and Binnie's ranked 4th in the world left handed.
You're right I looked at some pics and I guess Tim is maybe about 6'2 so Richard Lupkes height. Ron Bath says he is just shy of 6'3, Travis said he's 6'3 in an interview but he's billed at 6'5 and I've met him twice and must say he looks closer to his billed height. John's billed at 6'2 but I've met him and I'd say he's 6'0 maybe 6'0 and 1/2 at the most. Michael Todd's billed at 6'3 but I'd say he's 6'2 tops probably 6'1 1/2. Denis says 6'1 and I believe it looking at him and John together.
I don't think Denis would try and take Travis wrist, I think he'll try and hook him in, and IF he succeeds I think he will win even if he doesn't catch Travis until he is 7/8 of the way to the pad. If Travis beats Denis, imo, it will be a flash, if he doesn't flash him he won't win. I could be wrong but, that's by pick on the match, and I say Denis wins it.
this is why travis bagent will smash him so quick. his speed is unreal. he wont let denis take his wrist. before denis thinks about taking him, his hand will be down on the pad with travis yelkling sommit out
Nobody hasa chance left handed except maybe Bagent - Right handed everybody has a chance Larratt would pawn him Brzenk already has ...Lupkes in his prime would have nailed him -
Did he? Or was Denis just testing his strengths? It looked like when he went he peeled Semerenko's hand back easily, and Denis is better in a hook. Of course Tim slowed Denis down, I am really surprised Denis was able to toproll Bresnan and win. I would have thought he'd win in a hook but never in a toproll, not yet, Tim gives Brzenk fits with his toproll. Denis is 6'1 307 lbs. and Tim weighs 340 and is probably around 6'5, Denis is no doubt stronger and more muscular though Tim is BIG.
@HandelandJ ...Travis IMHO cannot defeat Denis in a supermatch format..he may sneak in a 1 round victory but that's about it. He would obviously look to peel Denis' hand as that's the only way he has a chance
@ic069 ...You saw the end of the vid right? I love me someCyplenkov (no homo), but Brzenk beat him left handed. How can you make such a stupid, instantly disprovable claim?
Good old days

Denis cyplenkov è il braccio sinistro migliore nella storia dell'armwrestling
Even though denis cyplynkov was novice and young here he still was an elite armwrestler only brzenk stopped him right hand in 2008-2009 but after that he dominated everybody right hand including brzenk
Newbies of the sport don't realize who denis was.
@1bigwhiteguy 2 years has passed and he pretty much dominates both left and right! :)
dennis is 6'1 for sure. I am exactly 6'1 without shoes, I got a pic of me and dennis, we are the same height, I also pulled oncescu left handed that day :( He opened my hand up with only side pressure :)
@SDSen
yes... it's in this video. 0:29 that is Binnie
So brzenk pulled tired denis 😅
denis beat John Brzenk later so
DENIS>ALL
yes is very good but brzenk put him down in final right handed at the end of the clip ! :p
I'd like to see a match with Devon Larratt (right handed) and perhaps left.

DEAR FUCKING LORD!!!!! He's PLOWING THREW THE BEST!!!!!
ish ve the song ??
Notice how he was on a roll right handed as well, until he met Mr. Breznk haha
@HandelandJ ..Is there any clip of Denis v Binnie ?..I remember Binnie made some big claims on a potential match with Cyplenkov and how overrated he is. I guess it all backfired on him
2020
these days larrat has a big shot imo

Denis is awesome but nobody on the planet will beat Travis left. Devon and Denis would be a close match. Could go either way.
If you monitor you can see that denishardly has any good arm wrestling skills.. Its his brutal brutal strength.. denis is so stronger

@VeerGill
he says he still thinks he has the ability to beat Denis! He did say he was strong but says Travis can beat him! I don't think so

Nobody can touch him left handed, right handed Brzenk and Larratt..... maybe Bath could beat him on a regular basis.
ion oncescu is the best (romania) :D
@1bigwhiteguy 2011 update: He is not unbeatable left and right.
