Completely agree with your advice on avoiding panning movement. Adding foreground really helps when the iPhone has very little depth of field and this tip helps in that aspect. Gonna incorporate that into all my iPhone travel videos in the future. Thanks man!

Pro tip, keep your sound levels at -6 or -12 and try balance voice to be the loudest part of the video at any given time, louder than music. Why? Because then you set an expectation for the viewer what volume levels he can expect, your music transition caught me off guard way too loud, otherwise perfect explanation, good sets of examples, I mean its professional apart from audio could be tweaked.
