After spending most of its life as a solid, South Carolina driver, this clean coupe was the perfect starting point for an outrageous, no-holds-barred restoration that decked a hot 440 Source big block in savage MoPar attitude. The pros at McLeansville, North Carolina's Custom Classics & Restoration stripped the car's exceptional body all the way to bare metal. Once that metal's lower rear quarters were patched, PPG Global D740 Black was stacked on a virtually flawless profile. When that profile was completely sealed and fully buffed, Flat Black war stripes were aligned with *s¨CHARGER*s¨ and *s¨512*s¨ call-outs. And, in early 2014, this Dodge stormed the show circuit as a positively evil muscle car that tempers an old school, no-nonsense demeanor with new age panache!
What do you do when you have a sweet MoPar muscle car that needs a heart transplant? You call the fine folks at 440 Source and order something akin to this Charger's 512 cubic inch B V8! Thanks to a 4340 crank, forged pistons, 4340 rods and a Comp hydraulic cam, this big block twists impressive 10 to 1 compression into roughly 700 horsepower. At the top of the outsized mill, a satin-finished air cleaner feeds wind to a reusable filter element, an 850 Holley carburetor and an Edelbrock Performer RPM intake. At the sides of that intake, aluminum 440 Source heads hang quality Mopar Performance rockers and fabricated valve covers over chrome TTI headers. At the front of those headers, an MSD Pro-Billet distributor sequences spark between MSD ignition and loomed MSD Street Fire plug wires. And at the front of those wires, a Billet Specialties Tru Trac system spins a polished alternator and polished AC compressor behind a beefy Tapp radiator.
Behind that B block, a slick Tremec TKO600 5-speed utilizes an American Powertrain clutch, flywheel and bellhousing to twist a high quality aluminum driveshaft. At the end of that driveshaft, a fresh Dana 60 read end spins a Sure Grip differential around 3.33 gears and Strange 35-spline axles. At the front of the car, a Firm Feel torsion bar suspension hangs an oversized Hellwig sway bar between Magnum Force control arms, VariShock adjustable shocks and Magnum Force drop spindles. Opposite those spindles, a custom 4-link hangs Strange coil-overs beneath a modified driveshaft tunnel and high quality mini tubs. Modern power steering provides smooth turns and quick reflexes thanks to a Firm Feel steering box. Abrupt stops are supplied by a Wilwood power disc brake system that's comprised of two 6-piston calipers, two 4-piston calipers and four 13-inch drilled and slotted rotors. And at the corners of the chassis, matte Forgelines spin 245/40R18 Nitto radials in front of 345/30R19 Nitto radials.
Inside this awesome Dodge, a mostly stock interior is clean, well fitted and surprisingly stylish. During restoration, the car's correct front buckets received new Legendary skin while its correct rear bench was slightly narrowed. In front of those thrones, a Richard Petty-autographed dash hangs white, blue-lit gauges beside an Alpine CD player and reimagined air conditioning. At the bottom of that dash, fresh carpet centers *s¨R/T*s¨ branded floor mats and a small fire extinguisher on a stylish Hurst shifter. And in front of the driver, a Joes Racing steering wheel keeps everything tracking straight.
Built for the most discerning muscle car fans on the planet, this Charger is the perfect opportunity to bask in the spoils of owning a fresh, world class classic. Call, click or visit RKMotorsCharlotte.com for more information! - Авто/Мото

I was a child when my older bro brought one of this 69 from the US. It was a powerful beast!!! What a great car!!!!
I've admired the 1969 Dodge Charger since I was 12 years old. The 1968 and '69 Chargers are my most favorite muscle cars in the whole world. I love 'em to pieces!
Everett the PE TractionGuy i feel u
What about the '70 charger? I mean if you love the '69 surely you must love the 70 they are practically the same car.. aren't they?

What a gorgeous looking charger. Pure muscle car art right there
Outside look is BAD ASS!!! The interior is nice but that's an individual thing. Also don't care for the exhaust note.
My parents bought a brand new 69 Charger RT/SE when I was 10 years old. It would put down so much smoke that we could not see the neighbors houses across the street.
LOL they must have loved us. Still my favorite car.
WOWZERS!!! This is the most beautiful Charger I’ve ever seen!! The engine is badass…the interior is amazing ..and the exterior FLAWLESS!!!
this model is the most favorite among muscle cars in the world
When dodge made this car back in 1969 did they know that this car will be an iconic car, beautiful

Fords Chevis Dodge
Fresh тост frfr
It's not a CAR...
It's ART
I remember seeing this thing at the goodguys show in Charlotte. Love it! Building a 69 charger myself. BTW I developed and made brackets to use 15 inch 2014 GT500 shelby disc brakes on stock drum spindles and hubs... or 13.2 inch 2014 mustang GT brakes. Thats whats currently on my charger project. Definately makes for a super affordable big brake swap.

I’m not a fan of chargers but the old ones look better than the new ones
Beautiful Charger. Though I prefer the 68, this is a nicely built 69. Excellent job sir (or madam).
I was a fill-in driver for morning car paper routes. The boss let me use his 68 Charger automatic with white interior. Needless to say, the ink from the newsprint got all over that poor white interior, and his wife was simmering mad when it got on her clothes, or when it started to ruin the upholstery in their only car. But it was fun to noodle around the city at 4 am in one of the best looking cars in town, black with white vinyl top, auto & air, bucket seats in white vinyl. Sure, with a 383 and automatic trans, power brakes, power steering, cold A/C, and am/fm radio it was not going to win any drag races, but I'd have taken it for my daily driver any day - including today.
fucking great sound, fucking great ... pure music to my ears!
Beautiful car I love old school chargers, the only thing I don't like about the 69 is the split grill

After having a 1973 Trans Am, with a Super Duty 455, for 25 years, I finally ended up with a 2013 Police Pursuit Charger. I have to say that it is one the nicest cars that I have ever had (21,000 miles), and one of the few that gives me an adrenaline rush when I kick it :)
Don't worry, someday you'll have a real car.

Hello, so i have a question:
Is that possible to pot the motor of a new Challenger in a old one? Cause i fucking love muscle car, specialy olds ones, but a normal old motor drink to much gas, and gas in not free, so i would like to know if my project is possible or if it'll be a big faillur.
I think when the new motor isnt to powerful, it should be makeable. Otherwise i believe the body from the old one cant handle it.
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Thats so fucking nice
