Terrific subject and images! Who knew a lighthouse with an _outside_ spiral staircase was a thing?! The reflections are my favorite. Great time lapses too. Hard to imagine the weather that warrants putting your lighthouse up on a platform like that.
Fantastic shots, Greg, and what a great variety of compositions! I just returned from the Oregon Coast, where I know you have been, and have also been to Cape Disappointment that you showed. I love lighthouses and the tips were great! It didn't need a sun star so no loss there!

cracking images Greg as each composition offered up its own particular strength. Looks like it would also have great potential for a black and white fine art image too especially when the tide comes in
Okay that was a mouthful , three shot bracketing on the foreground, mid-ground and background, then HDR merge in Lightroom and then focus stacking the three HDR mages in Photoshop, few, got it. That Image came out great. You couldn't have asked for better conditions. Great photo tips, man you were able to get some great images. Both the sun setting behind the dock and the reflection images are great, it's hard to pick a favorite, well done👍👍😍

I have not seen a lighthouse like that one before especially here in Michigan! That one looks really cool, and the photos you got of it look awesome!
Michigan has over 100 Lighthouses. I think it might be the state with the most...
