Placebo is indeed the power of belief, but it doesn't affect reality at all, otherwise, everyone would've been what they always wanted and we'd be in 'heaven' already. The placebo effect sometimes works only on our bodies (no external objects or people) because in some instances the brain can send the right electrical signals to cure something in your body. But the key word is "right electrical signals", if someone's kidney went missing, no amount of signals the brain produces will ever create a new one, but if someone has a cut on their arm then it would definitely help to *channel* the right signals to accelerate the healing process. The placebo effect is overrated and has been adopted by many pseudoscientist to make life appear "cooler" and to escape reality because it's always nice to live in a fictional world where we have a telekinesis brain

The point, though, is to align our system, tune our bodies and minds to resonate. This steps to follow are widely contorted to fit all religous and spiritual faiths. It's a life's work for myself, some are born right away with the abilities (autism) but the point is to get our bodies clean and pure, increase our electrical potential, our conductivity, and learn to resonate to these frequencies. I would agree what you have said, focus on the task and get the shit done, but many of us have some fundamental problems like, lack of concentration, focus, and addiction to social media, food and drinks and we need better ways to resolve these problems. sound therapy is a good way, for example I have problem focusing/concentrating when studying a book or text. I just play a background sound from RUclips and it helps me to concentrate more doing the task. currently I am seeing 40% of difference with and without the sound. overtime when I build the habit of concentration I could remove the sound. till then I may stick with this method. similarly others may be finding ways to optimise there life using these UNPROVEN METHODS

sound therapy is a good way, for example I have problem focusing/concentrating when studying a book or text. I just play a background sound from RUclips and it helps me to concentrate more doing the task. currently I am seeing 40% of difference with and without the sound. overtime when I build the habit of concentration I could remove the sound. till then I may stick with this method.
similarly others may be finding ways to optimise there life using these UNPROVEN METHODS
