I had this pain, I started doing light swimming it made the world of difference. It takes pressure of that area floating and it strengthens muscle allowing stabilization. Check out swim spas.
Tried over a year to get rid of the pain - unfortunately in the last month before the operation the pain reached such an extent that an emergency operation was ultimately necessary...at the moment I am still on the road to recovery and almost pain-free 🙏👍
