    Whats a good reps x sets to start with? 12 to 15 reps x 3?

      Yeah we recommend at least 15 reps as resistance bands aren't as intense as free weights. However, if your technique starts to deteriorate you can decrease the reps to 12 or even 10

      @@PropulsionSwimming wow! thanks for replying. how many sets should I do it? I just did it today but only 1 set. i feel I can do 2 sets.

      The aim would be to build up to 3-4 sets of each exercise. How do you find the exercises?

      @@PropulsionSwimming great! But will know once I get back to the pool hehehe. I will try it again tomorrow. This time will make it 3 sets.
