Here’s a hack from a former US Army soldier. Get some paracord in your favorite color you want your laces to be. Remove your laces and uses them a template for your new laces. Cut them to size and pull the 7 strands out of the middle. Take a light lighter and melt the ends to prevent fraying. Immediately crimp the melted ends and shape them into a point, so they can be easily passed through eyelets.
I used to skate in Jordan's for like two weeks when I started off . *Due to those being my only shoes* I like to skate in the Blazers , they're cool and I also put some extra comfort in the shoe .
SB blazers don't have the patch exactly where you need the most grip for flicking your tricks and levelling our your Ollie's, without that patch you have less grip and they'll break fast (get a hole) so these are actually better for skating than the SB Blazers, which I skated and loved apart from the fact they rip exactly where the patch is on these...
Not the best shoe I skated, but I will say after an insole swap they were pretty good. Definitely win style points fs, ripped a whole in them pretty quickly also
@@Its_andy07 Dr Scholls. I have SB blazer now though and they’re hands down the best skate shoe I’ve ever had. The difference between the regular and SB version is night and day

You should’ve bought the sb versions, the colour of the shoe is black and white, the shoe being mainly black but the swoosh and sole are white, materials include suede so they’re really good.
When it comes to Blazers if your looking to cop the mids get the Jumbos with the soft ankles or go for the lows. Regular leather mids are uncomfortable and a hassle to get on and off your foot.
Skated these for about 8 months. Never ripped through the upper or laces the only reason i can’t skate them anymore is because the soles blew out. By far my favorite skate shoes I’ve skated. Currently trying out the Converse Louie Mid’s and enjoying them a lot as well.
these were origianally made for basketball, but obviously they are outdated for basketball. But now these are the perfect skate shoe because of ankle support and the sole.
Put shoe glue on the laces if you wear laces, even if they arent ripped so that it tears off the glue and not the laces (dont glue the laces to the shoe) re apply if you notice its low on glue or has no glue. Shoe glue only cost like 5$ amd its very worth it if you skate
