If your iron golem is spawning on the ground, make sure you build this in a flat area like i did! Sorry for not making that clearer!
THIS IS A JAVA ONLY FARM SORRY FOR ANY CONFUSION!

Im on the nether roof of my world and thought it would be a great idea to build this there, it wasn't until i was at the water placement step when i realized how stupid I am.
Use a zombie to attract the golems instead
Maybe use lava? Will they die before they get pushed to the corner?
@@hektiktek6634 yes

Out of curiosity are you a new player? Not hating but If you need to kill a mob you need to move it most of the time so there’s water in the screenshot. Or did you just not think of it haha
Wow. Your farms are great and work perfectly! I built your ender man xp farm design in 3 of my worlds and now an iron farm. Keep up the good work.
after always playing on servers, sometimes farms just dont work, but now on singleplayer, everything operates as normal (including this farm)
This is easily the easiest and most attractive farm I've been able to find. Great job, thank you. Everything else is either way too big, too costly, or ugly. This tight, easy to build, and easy to hide.
Ive mad my raid and iron farm from your videos and they both work perfectly my hardcore world wouldnt be the same without you
Seriously an amazing farm. super straight foward tutorial. just overall a perfect tutorial video!! needs more subs!! very under rated. you got my sub.
DUDE i’ve been looking for this, thank you!!
This was really easy to build, now I have enough iron to make a sorting system! Tysm!
Thank you so much! This is my first time building an iron farm in vanilla so it was quite interesting to learn the mechanics behind it. It works great!
Nice design! Usually i design my own farms but this time i needed something compact and simple, so thank you ^^
best design ive built yet resource saving and easy to build thx so much
I absolutely love the way you have the direction in which to place the blocks. Following builds at times can be confusing and having to restart is a pain. I will def be building this on my world later today !
Glass
Cover all surroundings with glass or slabs
Worked perfecly for me on 1.19. Cheap and compact, lovely stuff! Couple of tips:
When placing the signs make sure you crouch and delicately place on top of the other sign hit box.
Had a few issues with the golems spawning on the floor below, just build the farm a bit higher in the air than it shows in the video.
thank you for the sign tip

Saw this comment post-build... ended up lowering the ground instead lol
@@matthewseddon9187 I guess that works too!
@@matthewseddon9187 literally me right now
Thank you, few small tips. Build the farm at least 128 block´s from another village make sure that there is no ground less than 5 blocks below the villagers because the Golems can and will spawn at ground and lastly if you use OptiFine make sure to turn on lazy chunks so if you build this in the spawn chunks as you should so they stay loaded and the Golems will continue to spawn. Good luck guys!
ofc i ve already build it on a village... my production is now 1/5
I've built this in a super flat world and it's not working, you got any idea why?
Could you build it over water?
@@GX_Ethernal yeah I guess, as long the golem has a platform to spawn does not matter if it’s above water.
@@marektakac9653 k thanks
omg i have just finished building this iron farm and I am amazed :D I am currently playing in a one block skyblock world and had SO MUCH trouble getting iron. The farm is running for only like 5 minutes and I already got more than a stack. Thank you so much for this tutorial! :D
thanks so much for this tutorial! its really helped me jumpstart my progression in my smp and get the edge over my friends. its so efficient and well designed.
Also if your having trouble with iron golems not spawning make sure your villagers sleep in the bed first before you introduce the zombies so they register it as a village!
thank you as fuck
tysm man
Thank you so much
couple iron golems spawn, now they arent spawning anymore but everything seems to be working, but ive been looking at it for an hour and doing other things around it but none have spawned
I never could've figured this out on my own so thanks lol
Very good tutorial! The farm works perfectly! Thank you so much
You’re the the best this works perfectly, had a problem the golems were falling off all you have to do is stack another stone brick fence to make it 2 high and then it should be perfect!
I’ve made this several times and it doesn’t spawn golems for me any ideas why?
@@Alex-zd1jd are you on bedrock? thus doesn't work for bedrock
@@itspeter9149 It what
how a brilliant way to present a farm, such a nice video bro, perfect editing, cool music, nice views of what are you doing with the templates, amazing.
especially with the dimensions of things i always somehow mess it up so showing it from bird's eye view/ labeling was really easy
Very useful tutorial and farm. I did it on my word and it works very nice thanks
I just built this in 1.19.2 Survival, 45 blocks away from a villager breeder and it works like a charm! I just made a simple modification which is putting another ring of stone that surrounds the hoppers because I saw some Iron on the ground but apart from that, everything works fine, really happy with this farm!
I’ve done it in 1.19.2 but is the second night that i am afk but nothing spawn
Cheers lad for the amazing farm. It works like a treat
glad to hear it!
Bro it doesn't spawn iron golem for me, can you help?
@@moretingz bro i built your farm but it doesn't spawn any iron golem, help me

thanks for the build :)
Thank you so much this is very helpful
very good tutorial, you sir earned my sub, i just started a brand new singleplayer world so this will be perfect!
*ONLY FOR JAVA!*
Side note: Built this in Bedrock on my X (before I found out it was Java specific) & left it running. Came back to my console and heard an iron golem burning but, couldn't see it! Nothing captured in chests either. Very interesting.
Works perfectly and very efficient for the little work required! Great video!
Idk why but for me there are no golems spawning
Everything seems to be working correctly yet no golems
@@dhruvpradhan5211 bro i have same problem
@@parsaf1997 bro i just moved my iron farm away from my base and now it works perfectly fine I'm getting almost 2 stacks of iron per hour
More than 100 blocks from any villages. What hourly iron are others getting in this build?
I sadly didn't read the description and built on rough area but iron golems still spawned there 10/10
Yay moretingz uploaded let's gooo super video as always keep it up!
tutorial and comedy, you got my sub :)
Grazie mille per il tutorial completo e chiaro, ora finalmente non vado più in miniera
thank you so much its pretty helpful thx
Had an issue with the drops jumping over the fence. Added an extra line of glass above the fence along the lava side and it was perfect.
Thank you so much, had the same issue and this worked like a charm
really nice farm. build it multiple times. thanks! one tip of mine is to place a lightning rod in the vacinity. all my villagers got turned into witches after an apperent lightning strike
Normally I don't like wachting tutorials but he made it funny and entertaining so I wanted show my aprecitance so thank you very much and it was super helpful.
Guess who just earned a sub for their clear explanations and great personality
Additionally this gigachad made this all in frickin hardcore mode like dang
bro thank you this helped me a lot
very easy to make thanks for the guide! :)
Great video. Solid design.
Thank you for helping!
Super easy build. As soon as I stepped back to admire my work, a golem spawned. AWESOME!
easy to build and works perfectly thanks, also in the beginning you go up 6 and no 5, maybe this is why ppl are having trouble with golems spawning on the floor, they think they only have to go up 5 but it's 6
This video shows the process so well, really great job !!
Did it work for you
@@keeganpieper6051 yes, done in less than 2h with a laptop pad lul
Hi man, I just wanted to say, perfect video! I know it's like one year old but everything works perfectly so thank you :D
Thank u bro love you
if your zombie is not being pushed up and down by the piston, place a slab on either side of it, to keep it in the middle of it's block, otherwise the efficiency of the build is reduced by the piston doing nothing when the zombie wanders into the corners.
I love this build design, it's very good. Thankyou for the tutorial.
immediately subscribed!! your farms are so easy to build, compact and efficient and your videos are so quick, simple and chill!! thank you
AYYY welcome to the family! :D
@@moretingz thanks it works and i made it so theres hoppers that go to my house into a chest so i dont need to go to the farm anymore THANKS SO MUCH ❤❤❤

ty so much!
I've tried so many iron farms and this is the only one that worked consistently
Sometimes the zombie isn’t getting pushed up by the piston, it’s sometimes going through the piston
Best tutorial video on RUclips ngl have some problems with my golems spawning on the ground but nothing some slabs can’t fix
hey where did you put the slabs
@@stancastan bottom of all blocks at ground level I built in an unlevel location in my world so the slabs are approx. 25x25 in size basically anytime I saw a golem spawn outside of the farm I would place a slab there and extend the slabs to meet
@@stancastan if you’re having the odd iron Ingot get shot out of the system and onto the ground add a line of hoppers behind the first under the wall blocks running into the first line I know you didn’t ask but I’m sure someone else will read this in the future
@@Zombie_Zed I put a ton of slabs so iron golems won't spawn on the floor, but then they just stop spawning, I'm not sure why they were spawning on the floor before but now they don't spawn at all
Thanks so much broo
i am planning on building this farm twice i am going to put one at the original spawn chunk so that it always produces no matter what and then i am going to put one at my main base so i can stand near one to make sure its running properly and i always will no the one at the original spawn will be running :)
Is there a min spawn platform height or villager height? Can more beds be added for 2 golem spawns? Can u do a vid on combining breeder?
thank you
for those who havent noticed. Depending on where the iron golem dies in the grind iron tends to fall out, keep an eye out and just leave a single hopper to collect it. Or a slab under the walls next to the important hoppers
have you built this on 1.19.2? does it work efficiently?
Thx!, BTW if you killed a mob and the zombie picked up the mob drop will he still not be able to despawn??
Only one I’ve found that actually works!!
Very easy to make ty
thank you bro
finally got it working after leveling an entire mountain lol. awesome build tho
thanks you!!!!
thanks
I’ve been playing on a modded server for a couple weeks now, and since we have a huge mashup of mods I tried a few other modded methods of automating iron. Nothing comes close to how productive and easy this regular vanilla one is. I want to build this tomorrow with some friends, I’m craving the “needing to store iron in block form” feeling again
(Don’t worry - if it doesn’t work, I won’t blame you 😂 I don’t THINK we’re playing any mods that would break these mechanics so I’m gonna give it a try, but I know there’s never any guarantees with modded)
Thanks bro
I got mine to work but I think maybe the mechanics of the server I'm on are preventing it from fully working, basically I am always having to shuffle them around and remove / replace the beds to get them moving as they just get stuck. At first they didn't claim their job blocks, and so I had to move the beds around and I also expanded the space a tiny bit. Also golems will spawn outside your area so I placed moss blocks on every block that was open.
does this need to be above ground? kind of wondering whetre to put it without ruining the view. ;)
Bro, you're the best youtuber for making farms
Works like a charm
Hey! I like building underground, so im wondering if this has to be built above the surface?
actually works, nice
got some data pads that lets us get teh spawn egs in survival so its a little easier on the server I'm on but it works great so far
Works perfectly! Just wondering though, could you make multiple of these in the same area?
probably not, it might slow the farm down since the golem spawning will detect them both as villages and make one farm useless/slow the other down (but idk im low key speaking out the bum)
@@daddylonglegs3589 I tried building two next to each other and it fkd the rates, not sure how far apart they need to be
@@enigmawhispa2661 i had some villagers underground so i moved 3 of them to 100 blocks away and it worked well
Minimum of 120 blocks apart from each other so they don’t show each other down
i was sceptical at first becus he dident show proof of it working but i made it and it workt tanks mam
breve, sencillo, bien explicado. te amo papi
Can I build multiple farms next to each other or will that cause problems?
Can you use wood as the solid block, or will it burn?
do they all have to be employed? I have a nitwit as one, will it still work as normal?
The G.O.A.T farm, easiest design ever, produces a lot, take my hat off !!!
Is it possible to add more beds and fletchers around the the farm to add more villagers and generate more spawns?
thx
Can u have 1 water outlet on roof instead of hoppers so a water fall feeds a hopper on ground to have cheat lower?
Line the way of explanation 👍
THANKS, MAN.
Hey there how are you? I was wondering if I could build this underground. Do you think it would still work?
Hey, ive built an iron farm before and I had to place water under the zombie to ensure he wouldnt burn up during the day. Could this be an issue with this farm since the zombie is not in water?
I'm in a pretty mountainous area, how big of a flat space do I need, if not possible how high should I take it to work properly?
Any tips on expanding storage, for those of us that afk whilst asleep? Build this on a server, but I'm to afraid to expand, seeing as that little zombie step up, spawned iron golems on it, that killed the zombie
I actually kind of did this. I made a small area next to the chest where the iron goes and had it pipe into a dropper which then dropped the iron into a literal PIPE that brings the iron to an auto sorter where I have all my Farm items.
If you want to expand the storage then the easiest thing you could do is just make a line of hoppers next to the default chest (that takes the iron and poppys out) that brings it all to a storage system of your choice (either a basic stacked double chests with hoppers or similar to what I did with my piping).
Also I’m not sure if you can actually afk overnight as I’m pretty sure you need to have the villagers sleep every few days. I’m not sure exactly how many days but I have my guys sleep every 5 Minecraft days just to prevent any mishaps.
I’m not really sure how your zombie died but the best thing I can say is to make a perimeter made out of carpets (slabs maybe also) around your farm to prevent the iron golems from spawning outside and killing your zombie.
Do I have to use glass or is it for looks?
This is for 1.19.2 right? Because I'm having trouble with the golem spawning, I made them sleep then introduced them to the zombie but still no golems so, just asking
Did you get it working? I'm having same problem.
@@louieroy854 no i didn't get it working, it wasn't spawning golems at all so i blew it up
Rip
hi, just wondering does this have to be outside or not?
At what distance in overworked can I make another farm, from the original iron farm? Does it need to be really far away from each other ?
Do we need to be far away of a village to do this ?
thx! one hi from rio de janeiro!
Bro did what most can't do, made the villagers get in the farm by themselves lmao
if the iron golems spawn on the ground instead of in the farm, try clearing out a flat 10x10 area, it should be COMPLETELY flat
thank you mate i thought the farm wasnt working
This should be Higher up, thx man helped me so much
fantastic build. I had a little trouble with golems spawning on the ground, any suggestions?
make sure there is no ground closer than 5 blocks under the farm, hope this helps
one of my zombies wont take the job of the composter. Will this affect it?
