Congratulations to who edited this video on youtube, because it is helping me practice football training and it is with great happiness that I am participating in a football team here in Brazil, Rio de Janeiro offensive line function, and these exercises in this Videos have broadened my view on training and increase my ability to evolve in sports, thank you!

Back to basics. Good for option football. That spread offense is for the birds. Real football techniques.

I honestly find it hard to agree with a lot of these coaching points as an OL player and current coach. The base, the stance, foot stagger, a lot of it is really counter-intuitive.

Not to the offense it's not.

If I wouldnt have read the title, I had guessed the video to be about D-Line drills. I hope you never teach or play this way. Even if your offense is designed to primarily run the ball its bad O-Line play.
A D-Line with a minimum of technique counters this approach.

@@gsman123 Right...Georgia Southern's historical record and offensive numbers running this offense would suggest it's not "bad" Oline play. It just doesn't fit vanilla pro-style offenses

What are the dimensions of the one man shoots?

Can someone explain to me why they set up for offense like they are in a defensive lineman stance and why the centers snap from a 4 point stance. I've always been taught that in an offensive stance your butt should be low and that you shouldn't have too much weight on your hand.

They run triple option and veer. It's a different offensive. The emphasis is running the ball so naturally you want to focus on get off and you're not concerned about having a balanced stance since it's not a balanced offense.

Triple option attack we also use it in the double wing.
