I was ready to scream - I don't like to learn new things! But this video walked me through the printing process, and it is so simple - much better than your web page as these details are best seen and watched. Thanks - this is so cool.
Thank you so much for this tutorial. Several ladies have talked about using Adobe to print just one size. I tried but couldn’t get it to work. With your precise instructions, I was able to print and assemble my pdf pattern pages. Just finished your classic T-shirt pattern with a v-neck. Fits perfectly!
@Karen Foxworth Did you solve the problem? The same thing happened to me. After you click the print icon, a window will pop up. Be sure that you click the box that says “actual size”. That fixed the issue for me. Hope this helps.
I just bought a new laptop. I have the same settings on the new laptop as I do on the old one. My problem is when I print any pattern and measure the test square it’s 1/8 inch smaller. So I end up printing from the old printer. I photographed the settings on the box that comes up and made sure it’s exactly the same on the new printer but this is consistent no matter the pattern manufacturer. Old laptop is Hewlett-Packard and the new one is Lenovo. Any advise would be appreciated. Great video thank you. Val ❤️🇨🇦🇬🇧
It's all patterns. I end up going to the old laptop so I can get the layers. Thank you so much anyway. I will call Best Buy and see if they can help My old laptop is so old there's no support on it anymore, that's the only reason I bought a new one. I can keep you informed if they solve my problem. At least I can still print from the old one. In the grand scheme of things if this is the worst thing I have to deal with in pandemic times all is well. Thank you so much for trying to help and have a great day. Val ❤️🇨🇦🇬🇧
This may seem a silly question but worth it if I save ink. I notice that the piece number in the middle of the page is light like a faded grey on yours and other sewists, but it prints black on mine. It’s perfect for the lines but a waste of ink on just the number.. It’s the same when I print on grey scale. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance
Oh how strange! We haven't come across that issue before - however, the newer patterns have the grayscale number done a bit differently to make sure it is more visible but not so that it takes extra ink. Our goal is to balance the need to see the number with conserving your supplies - If we see a solution for this, we'll message back!
Friends, there are alternatives to Adobe that allow all functions required (including layer selection) that are much less invasive, user beware. Perhaps a better word would be 'suggested'.
5th video I’ve watched. Only one that clicked my brain lol. It was really that easy. Thank you!!
That's high praise! So glad it helped! Thanks for watching 😊 ~J

Hmmm how weird! Is it for Love Notions patterns or all patterns?

Help! Are the how to print instructions the same for MacBook users?
Hello. In this demonstration, I can see Tami using apple devices for both the desktop and mobile demos so it should be the same for you. ~K
@@LoveNotions Thank you. Was confused by the newer version of Adobe Acrobat Reader that made it confusing for me.

Interesting! What other resources do you suggest?
