Ric's corner is as real as it gets. This is what you wanna see folks. Real conversation from your favorite celebrities. The Late shows, the morning shows...its all a performance. The interviewers are more concerned with being funny then talking to the guests and having some real conversation. I've seen Conan Obrian interrupt celebrities just to stick in a cheesy joke. Like, are you fucking kidding me? Just come right to Ric's Corner!!
ric im your fan number 1....from colombia !!! i see all your vids im not a muscular person but im training since 98 .....this vids you do are gold !!!!
I watch or listen to every show thanks ric and Steve you guys are the best . My dads 85 works out 5 days a week he still fit an trim his skin is week also from getting to much sun in his youth but you an him are my inspiration for my second half of life 👍🏼
That's so cool that your dad gave you a direction in life and you stayed with it. I admire that! My Dad never really wanted to tackle anything new or work hard. He swept chimneys for a while, that was cool, but then he got depressed and let the business go down hill. I tried to understand where he came from, but he just stopped answering client calls. I was what, 18? I kick myself in the ass everyday for not just taking the business and running it myself, but that wasn't my passion. Cars, Music... That's my passion. I had to light a match under my own ass to get crackin' because i feel like i inherited my dads laziness.I almost bought a buick, all it needed was a battery. He said it was too much work, so i bought a synthesizer instead, which i sold 5 months later due to an argument he and i got in. Probably because i was finding a path and he didn't like it for whatever reason. Then, I did 4 years of Mixed martial arts, developed a herniated disc, text book recovery from opiate use, blah blah blah (No needles nope nope nope) Just nose. Now, i own that same synthesizer i sold after 13 years, plus 4 more synthesizers. I'm pushing myself daily to be better than who i was yesterday. I just don't want to fake it. I want to be authentic though it all. I'm Glad your dad is healthy and vibrant, and although you write that 9 months ago, i hope all is well with him now. Stay fit and happy my friend!
Great show Ric , it was so fun and friendly , I must say Austin should know that a few more people gonna follow him just Bcuz of this show. So the more you interact with PEPOLE and fans. The more people wants to know what you up to , and support you in what you do .
Love to see more wrestlers on the show, Ric. It's interesting how they train and eat - and how the world of pro wrestling intersects with bodybuilding.
Wow, Steve Austin, I am impressed how you handled that "A Guy with Chemo out there beatin' the hell out of everybody" comment with such finesse and class. What a true conversationalist. Good for you, Mate. HELL YEAH!
Brilliant stuff! Really enjoyed! As a dude getting a little older (nearer the mid 40's now), I really learn a lot from you guys who have been there, done that and bought the t-shirt :-) As I always say, you two slow down and I'll catch up (age). Thank you.
Ric as skin cancer sufferer, can you do a video on melanotan 2 and if people at risk for skin cancer should take it ? Purely for health reasons and not to step on stage
I think Steve has worked out at my dads gym it was called sonny tnt 🧨 gym Kevin Nash used to come in a lot too , my dad introduced me to to Kevin when I was still in grade school he told me he was super shredder an I might know him I seen Him my jaw dropped an I yelled”that’s that’s big daddy kool “ never forget it
RIC i wanted to tell you i workout recently with 2kg weights around the ordinary training i do which is most HIT based and short.. but i do longer more aerobic movements with 2kg weights ..with two hands! and i wanted to say that i am 31 year old AND TRAINING with low rep is not a shame and it IS effective .. its not for just people with injury! i think iw ill do this even when i am 50.
hey dude... you dont think its the BIZARRE moisturizer and sun screen that's more related to your skin problems than... the sun... in which we NEED.... LIVE LIKE A HUMAN, FEEL LIKE A HUMAN love your content by the way

Doctor's understand stress, nerves and white coat syndrome can affect your BP. They will monitor your pressure before putting you on medicaiton and often will make sure that if your pressure is constantly high then change your prescription. I doubt one higher reading and they will change your prescription.
Ric I thank you. You help motivate me and at 48 I need all the help I can get to get back to the gym and to keep at it. I e en gave up the scale and started using the mirror. But my mother was on prednisone for 20 years. The f ing doctors took her of it . This made her heart swell . Steroid use for 20 years contributed to her death. So I'm saying do what you're going to do but plan for the future. Thank you so much for the motivation. GB

Does steve have a history of elbow injuries? They seem to stick out. I don't know why I'm looking at his right elbow this whole clip.
