It is the best footage of a race I have seen. You can appreciate the speed of the runners. It would be great more races were recorded using this kind of angle.
If you wanna watch Ingebrigtsen series go to NRK website using Chrome with proxy extension (Hola) and pretend you're from Norway. Turn on subtitles. Use Chrome Translate extension to translate the page, it translates all the video subtitles!
I don’t think the black guy really trains a lot tbh he was faster before he came to Norway and probably just lives off of talent mostly, could probably be a lot better.
it was the fastest in the season (even though there isn’t the most competition), either ways it’s already been beaten by Sean McGorty on June 30 (a day after) in 13:11.22. 4 people went faster than (in the same race as McGorty) Henrik’s time.
Landyn Cooke-Bithrey not sure but it was on the World Athletics website for the world leading times (just search up world leaf IAAF on google and switch it from the 100m to the 5000m)
that camera angle on the last lap gives such a good perspective on just how fast these guys are going. Absolutely flying.
Henrik has been my favorite brother. So humble, always cheerful and always a team player. Good luck for the rest of the season!
Jakob is the best
i agree, with your comments maybe Jakob is the best hut i would like to hang with Henrik. Great family!

Yeah they don't put any power in their stride, they're juste sliding
How is the guy in orange look like he’s jogging compared to the pacer in front 😂
Yeah, looks like he uses more knee bend.... knee bend
Quicker cadence and using less power each stride i think?
Love the constant thumping sounds
of their hooves

Ok, are you able to watch season 2 abroad by doing that?
@@globalrunners3780 totally VPN FTW!
Yeah I do the same and I watched every season like that !
Just amazing, well deserved👍
2:40 the leading guy looks like he's struggling to keep pace and the orange guy looks like he's just cruising along easily, so crazy
the "leading guy" is a pacemaker :)
Solid solo run and sweet stash!!!
fam he looks so fucking epic the final mustache boss hp:69420
Tiene un ritmo de carrera demoledor!! Soy Douglas Ávila Cardona. Desde Barranquilla, Colombia. Saludos!!!

Bravo 👏
Bravo machine👍👌
une famille de champions
Henrik and orange vest guy both do their hip exercises. You can tell just from the way they dont bounce along like the other athletes with worse form
I don’t think the black guy really trains a lot tbh he was faster before he came to Norway and probably just lives off of talent mostly, could probably be a lot better.
What kind of hip excersises can i do to run like that? Would apreciate a reply :)

Bruh why are you zoomed in so dam close. Show some other runners jesus
Kenenisa Bekele > *
13:57 someone needed to dump some acid lol
Very good run, considering the mediocre opposition. He can easily do sub 13:10.
How can be world leading ,and yet the world are not in the competition,
I think it's only leading in norway
Look, it's the fastest time so far this year, so world leading. Other times got posted, so it's not like nothing happened.

@@vivadrags Where was this race and what was it called?
Landyn Cooke-Bithrey not sure but it was on the World Athletics website for the world leading times (just search up world leaf IAAF on google and switch it from the 100m to the 5000m)
The race is called ”Boysen Memorial” and it was at Biskett Stadion in Oslo, Norway.
When you set the world leader time, but know your little brother is better than you. Just sayin...
His time isn’t the leader anymore
world leading lol. Trump is world leading. Covid is world leading.
