My 17 year old daughter won't let me get rid of my 7.3 1997 Supercab Powerstroke farm truck. I bought the truck a year before she was born so she has a fondness for the sound and memories of sleeping in the back seat on drives home. We aren't especially mechanically inclined but it is fun to work on it using RUclips tutorials. We are replacing interior door handles and the column shift now. The passenger door drop is the next fix. It's our project. Fun, fun. Love the channel! 🛻💨🤘🏽🖤🤘🏼

I would do an E Fuel kit. Do stage 1.5 injectors and a KC300X turbo. Stage 1 if 3:55 gears maybe stage 2 with 4:10 gears. Banks intercooler. Rear 38 gallon fuel tank conversion. A stage 1 or stage 2 tranny. Banks 4 inch exhaust. New bellow up pipes. S&B cold air intake.

Yeah I just went through that situation with my windshield got broken at work did not know if they were going to pay for it luckily my job did cover it but before I found that out I did some research with my insurance company you are correct it is a state law that your insurance will pay for your windshield without charging you a deductible but you have to have full coverage so if you have the bare minimum basic insurance they are not required to pay for your windshield that law is true only if you have full coverage anyways looks like a cool truck can't wait to see future videos

  • @rohbjennings

Dope 350! I haven't watched the channel for a minute BUT quick suggestion since I saw that ladder (1:02) in front of the truck is the Werner 3.8-ft x 1-ft Aluminum Work Platform and if you are pulling injection pumps on this rig or in the future Tekton makes a 9/16 wrench that is 30°/60° that helps to pull and install those 3 nuts on the pump and specifically the two on the sides that hold the IP in place.

    • @The73Garage

    • @centraltexasfoxbodies

Powerstroke don't have injection pumps, so that wrench won't help in this situation

That’s my exact truck here in California. I’ve done the Hydra, S&B, Diamond Eye, Pioneer flip head unit, CP headlight/Cab lights etc. Best thing I ever did was take the interior completely down to frames, dynamat full cab/door + Dynapad + OCC Carept w/sound deadening. Can literally here my girl whisper at 70mph. Did the RSK too which was real easy.
