I appreciate the review, and for the most part, I agree with your assessment. Overall, it's a pretty good chair! I do recommend catching it on sale. The arm rest are hit and miss for me. The wheels appeared cheap, and the base was mediocre. I upgraded the base with a Mastery Mart replacement and the wheels with LifeLong rubber caster wheels (Amazon). Currently looking for a suitable armrest cover that's more comfortable. Open to suggestions if anyone has any. I hope this helps a potential buyer!
Thank you for the wonderful review. I have had this chair for three days now and I do notice that I have discomfort in my upper back area where the top of the lumbar support is. This is especially the case when I put the lumbar support back to not make it so pronounced in order for my back to lean against the backrest. Do you know how to remedy this issue in the way of adjustments?
Thanks for the awesome review! My only reservation is if the headrest will go high enough for me as I'm about 6'3". Would you say the headrest is suited for taller people and does it have a good amount of adjustability?
The headrest has about 3 inches of adjustment up/down. In the lowest position, the center of the headrest is about 26 inches from the back of the seat and in the highest position, it's about 29 inches from the seat. Their site says the C7 should work for people up to 6'5" so you would be getting close to the max but I would think it should be ok.
@@semiprotech , I was expecting to say something about the headrest. I have this chair for a couple of months and the headrest is somehow too far away, the shape of the entire backrest is really strange. However, coming back to the headrest, its mechanism is a joke. Did you ever tried to lift it and then try to rest your head. the headrest is not staying in that position at all, is going back all the way the way down. Is there anything I can do, for example, to tighten the clicking mechanism, somehow? Thank you
Hi this might be a dumb question but can you use this chair without the armrests, as in is the assembling of the chair in any way hampered if you decide to not install the armrests?
How do you not have more views? All very thorough and high quality
Thank you!

When siting up straight, my back doesn't even touch the backrest. I don't want to lean forward, but I do want to sit up straight.
Very thorough review. Thank you for providing useful and helpful content!

I just assembled my c7 today. It doesn't have the controls for adjusting like your video showed.
It does you just can't do it, skill issue.

I like this chair but won't lie, I bought a pad for the seat... didn't really need it but more cushion never hurt anyone lol
I think your affiliate link is broken.
The lumbar support material is very weak/sloppy and does NOT allow any realistic lumbar support and PREVENTS mid back support. NOT RECOMMENDED!
It's fine for me stop complaining. Don't like it return it...
