Learned the hard way what took place during that jump edit at the 11:21 mark in the video. After eagle eyeing the video, and knowing what to look for, there are 2 screws hidden by tape on lower regions of screen front removed. I appreciate no music, no talking, and the work, but that's a costly step to edit out with no visual reference on screen or in the description.
Put your screws on a tray in different sections. You can video yourself taking your laptop apart, that way if you can't remember how something goes or what screws go where, you can watch your video and find out.
Thank you for this video. The machine (or similar model, the number evades me) is a pig to work on, I tried fitting another 4gb of ram and a SSD drive to speed things up, but unlike most laptops there are no trap doors to get at the guts. My mum has one 4GB ram, Windows 10, touchscreen and the machine runs OK but takes about 15 minutes to fully boot.
No music is good, but since you are hiding what you are doing with your hands and the drill, a description of what screws and how many would be nice along with notes like be careful as there is more than one ribbon cable under the key board (the second one I ripped out by simply lifting the keyboard)!
Banzajlukasss_cz :3 I have the flex 2 (15in), it does come with two slots. not sure if the "D" in "15D" here just stands for "diameter". And I didn't see the second slot in this video either. but as far as I know this series was built with customization in mind, the dealer I got it from was able to offer it to me from a variety of processors, memory amount, and ofcourse storage. it's a safe bet to assume the flex 2 pro 15 (or I believe you're thinking the newest flex 15in) also has duel slots for memory.
Would be a lot better if your hands weren't blocking what you are doing. You could point, for example with the end of your screwdriver and then remove it so we can see what and where it is.

Thanks for the video, appreciate the simplicity. Help clarify a doubt i had. The given board only has one ram slot.
Moment there is an a only 1 ram slot?
