Hi Dave, how did it activate if you didn't insert the activation key?
Hey I got a question i want to upgrade the ram on my laptop but I check the manufacturer website(Lenovo) and it said its max is what it came with 8gb but I did the math 16777216 ÷ 1024 I got 16384 ÷ 1024 again and I got 16gb it has 4gb that's not removable so can I upgrade even if they tell me I at max capacity?
How likely is taking an ssd or hard drive from an old laptop and putting it into a desktop to work properly? Just to be able to retrieve old files. Thanks
Hi. Yes, you can hook it up to an available sata port on desktop to get files, or use a 2.5 inch USB to sata adapter to plug it into a laptop.
Well, when Win 10 expires in 2025, they can always install Linux (i.e. Linux Mint, Zorin, Ubuntu) which would run fine on that hardware.
