    I started working out when I was skinny 100 pounds and still couldn’t do 1 curl up.
    My solution was to buy some dumbbell weights I could slide my feet under that way when I lift my body up to do a curl up my feet stay in place.
    It was still hard but at least i was able to get my body up to do a proper curl up.

    If you want to be able to do sit ups, there are 2 main setbacks that you want to fix if you can’t do a single one.
    First… you might just be fat, you should try to burn and bad fat that shouldn’t be there.
    Second, your posture could suck. Just try working on it, and then try doing sit ups again.
    If both of these are fine, then you just have weak abdominals. I suggest doing crunches, or just doing your best to do 20 sit ups in a row. It doesn’t matter if you can’t even do a single full sit up. You still gain abdominal muscle just by trying.
    I had this problem a while back and my abs were just super weak. I just kept trying to do sit up even though I could even do a single full one. I can now get max score on the curl up test(80 curl ups in a row)
