Omg planning your life around your cycle is actually so clever. Don't know why I never thought of that. Having an endometriosis makes every period symptom so intense that it makes it difficult for me to keep up with a productive routine. Will definitely do more research and would love to see a video on that!!
Think about having a endo while trying to raise kids then taking care of a husband? No matter how you’re feeling, when you have a family depending upon you, you’ve got to power through it! My sister is a mom of four and is married, she suffers from endo but there’s no time for her to relax except when the gremlins are at school and daycare and hubby is at work! She literally has to be on go every single day yet she handles it! That’s how you have to be you know I know she’s in pain and she does see her doctor on the regular but she can’t just plan things according to her cycle cuz with kids your plans go out the window🤦🏻♀️
