You guys should react to Park Ji sung, one of the most underrated footballer and he is one the most succesful asian player in Europe during his time at Man Utd. His energy and high work rate are his main attributes and if we could compare him with today player, it would be Kante.

Kevin De Bruyne was a Liverpool fan when he was younger and he said Gerrard was his idol for midfield. You can see they have a similar style of play. I agree KDB is the closest player to Gerrard in modern football. Chelsea and Man Utd fans just be hating but you can appreciate greatness. Gerrard is up there with the goats of midfield no doubt and KDB may join them when he retires.
KDB is a great great player but he hasn't got Gerrard's sheer physicality or temperament.
Sir Alex Ferguson wanted to sign Gerard for Man United (liverpools rival) and people still try to argue that Paul scholes is better lmao

Schweinsteiger wins on defence but loses everything else against Gerrard. The best Midfielder of all time? YES, NO QUESTION, you can switch him up from defence to offence at half time, you can drop him back to defence at extra time, who in the world can do it? De Bruyne? Are you freaking serious mate?
