Observation of two pairs of the parasitic jaeger (Stercorarius parasiticus) during incubation.
The video shows the individual differences between birds, particularity of the parasitic jaeger’s coloration, attacks on the incubating birds by Arctic terns, communication between partners, and the behavior of birds during heavy rain.
The video was shot in June 2019 on the Solovetsky Islands in the White Sea.

Ну, говорить о гнездовой постройке у поморников - это, конечно, некое преувеличение. По сути это просто лунка или ямка, так что прямо «строить» там точно особо нечего. Но, видимо, сидеть несколько недель подряд без дела тоже скучно - вот они и развлекаются. ;-)
