Navy : almost everything is going according to plan except the submarine program
IAF: nothing is going as planned and they are trapped in a pit digged by their own incompetence
Even the submarine is going better than planned. Germany offered the newest sub which is an underwater beast. Air force is a joke.

It is good to hear indian navy is inducting lots of combat ships in its fleet, but apart from induction 24 mh-60 helicopters not much is heard about inductiin of naval alh-mark-3 and naval light utility helicopters, more aew/awacs helicopters for these combat ships.

@@cibertron4860 nope they are different categories of helicopters what the multi ultility naval alh-mark-3 helicopters can do is many indian naval ships even the smaller ships can carry naval alh thus conferring even these smaller ship to have over the horizon capabilities wheras mh-60 helicopters can be carried only by bigger ships besides being very costly and a foreign one at that.
Cause that category is in HAL's hands & we all know HAL greatest efficiency & enthusiasm in meeting timelines.

Indian navy along with investing in big capital combat ships it equally needs to invest in ship on board multi utility helicopters, anti surface/ submarine helicopters, Aew/ awacs helicopters, ship based surveillance and attack drones and shore based drones especially the indigenous ones like tapas/rustom/ archer and .more maritime patrol aircrafts because these are force multipliers which can enable the navy to
"achieve more with less force".
India should add more VLS in their ships.
They will in midlife refit. During the time of Construction VL SRSAM , N-ITCM ( Nirbhay with Indian Engine) , SMART were under development.

Sir plese a make a video on comparing Indian Army, Indian Navy and Indian Air force's growth and comparing the growth rate before of 10-20 years
Instead of two, the work share should have been given to 3 or 4 shipyards speeding up the construction plus lot more shipyards will be able to upgrade the facilities and technical know how in warship building. MDL, GRSE plus Cochin Shipyard and Vizag or Goa could have been added.

36 Rafale lene ke baad more 36 Rafale lene ka offer thha uss purchase meh.Uss ke liye next 36 aircraft ke price vi kaam hota, minus maintenance infrastructure cost & training cost. Navy knows to focus on bigger things than smaller things. they pay a little more to buy Indian made ships but knows iterative development is possible with indigenous weapons only and hence benefits in the future. While Army reject a company because they ask 13 rupees more...

Bada change i think will be universal launchers jo abhi development me hai. In that case the missiles configuration can be changed as per the missions. Also nirbhay and vlsrsam may also be added to the missiles catalogue.

P17b frigate have 32*2 total 64 vls system
Sea side border is much impotant for India,i think this is the the vision of militry,thats why they are developing navy faster than air and army unit

Navy is the most sorted out of the three.. except for submarines..most of the things are on schedule... With indigenous effort that to. Airforce is a sham in that regard!

Why defence fans love navy?
Reason one they don't do delays in procurements. That doesn't mean they compromise on testing they do intensive ones. But they do it in faster phase.
Reason two they are try to the actual meaning of atmanirbhar bharat. They are not only giving huge bids to the, big companies who became big just because of them like our own ship builders. But also to the companies whose products are being completely bethrown by everyother agencies like the Taoas BH drones.
They are also not compromising on their capabilities so buying from foreign vendors as well. That too if good indegnious companies comes up with good products like Tonbo Imaging they buy or give their bids to them as well.
And even small companies like armasen tacticals also get their orders from navy.
Whereas army is a bit too stringent have made muktiple delayes have still not inducted plenty of good products made in house, like the atags, or guns from sss defence but still they are inducting as well. Be it radars or missiles they do buy indigenous.
But when its airforce..... kuch nahi bolna mujhe, yes they have promised for accepting multiple products.....butt.....eh choro kuch nahi bolna mujhe.
We should build more destoryers atleast 30-40

I think India built admiral gorshkov class frigates like frigates. Gorshkov class frigates i think one of the best frigates in the world 4500 ton-5400 ton's capacity but have 32 vls s-350 40,120 km of two different missiles combination and 16 vls zircon missiles but now this is also increased to 32 vls zircon or kaliber missiles
