Bashar AR I disagree, it fits my personality and my look. Sauvage is absolute garbage in my opinion, can’t stand that stuff. Layton or Rehab are two of my favorites but as far as these 3 Aventus is still king.
Nono Aventus doesnt smell good even the dry down either but when it lingers around in the air when you catch a whiff thats the most beautiful scent ive ever smelt

Oddly enough, the aromas I like don't make any impression on others. When I use Dior Sauvage, which I personally dislike, I definitely get a compliment on the scent. Apparently women have a different taste and preference than men.
it's just an overall clean scent. Aventus is def the higher quality and superior it just grows on you. But for cost Dior and Mont Blanc Explorer if you're in the market for such similar fragrances.
mass appealing fragrances, specially blue fragrances are gonna get you tons of compliments, but aren't particularly interesting, just safe, clean, and easy to wear, but what you like may be more advanced than that, not saying sauvage smells bad, but enthusiasts and collectors really like the more advanced niche fragrances more, which are harder to appreciate, rather than sauvage, or aventus, which is ironically niche but still boring

@@jeffdaman6969 i have a 19 batch and it lasts 10 hours on me all the time.
I have a 2018 batch, I saw all the bad reviews on 2018 and got really stressed out. Used mine and good god mine is a damn monster and still smells great. I walk in my parents house when I visit and with 1 spray my brother can smell it lingering from when I walked in a few minutes before. With that said, it’s a good balance between monstrous and pleasing as it’s not overpowering up close. In my opinion it’s a matter of luck with the batches, or if you have the right skin chemistry for it.

Okay this is for those who doesn't know how fragramces work and didnt have a experience and probably from you guys nobody knows so the newer batches from aventus smell more fruity even in the drydown that is why people bash it because it isnt smoky or birchy or nature like in the drydown as the previous batches so when the fragrance is freshly produced is smells more fruity especially the fruity ones it needs a couple of months to blend well with the other ingredients so it can get a nice balance and be more oriented with ingredients are put in i bought mine the newer batch and yes it smells more pineapply citrusi musky and it doesnt change to much espect goes into more musky in drydown but after some time i gave him it changed completely to the previous batches of aventus and i was surprised .

It breaks my heart Aventus hasn't been the same. Back when no one knew about Aventus, I use to love the original formula. Women would ask me non stop about my fragrance. Now this new Aventus has been disappointing as of late. I have Sauvage, but my heart will always cling to the 2014-15 Aventus.
@Ty Nel There is definitely a huge difference. I remember women can smell me a block away, and they would ask for the smell because the projection was so loud. I have the 2018 batch and it's no where near the projection. I don't know what Creed did to their formula, but there's a reason why so many ppl are after the old batches. Armani is not in the same class as the vintage Creed. Not even close.
@Ty Nel That is the problem, women have to smell it up close nowadays for Creed Aventus projection. Before I would spray once or twice and the whole room will be left with the lingering smell for days. I can literally smell my wrist the next day and it would still project strongly. That smoky pineapple. You probably didn't have the 2013-14 batch. That batch was amazing. I can't find a single batch similar to it since then. That's what breaks my heart. Because it was so pure and the legacy that it left behind. The Creed Aventus of nowadays, I have mixed feelings about, and I'm sure you can find countless videos of people feeling the same way. On blogs as well. I'm telling you, the smoky pineapple batch was one of the most versatile projection out there. It wasn't aggressive, yet it felt light. Sorry if I'm venting, I'm just disappointed. I've tried many colognes, but it's not even close.

Aventus was always a fragrance that got compliments from other men and was hyped by men. Sauvage EDT has always appealed to the opposite sex. I do think however, Eros EDT and YSL Y EDP are more attractive to females than Sauvage.

@Monsieur Mike I totally agree, we should consider the batch and if it's one of the top batches because batch variation is true and depends on the natural ingredients. I would say most are great, similar with slight differences but I guess bad batches still exist. I hope this one is not one of the bad batches lol

I have all 3 and out the 3 fragrances for most compliments. 1.Dior Sauvage, 2nd Creed Aventus and 3rd Office for Men.
The girls do love Sauvage but the guys gave me more compliments on Creed which is weird. Office was most given by older ladies in their 40’s and 50’s.

Dior sauvage will win everything, Red tobacco isn't exactly a lady killer, not for young females anyways. It's a very good scent though, especially winter.

office was more than obvious a though competitor because a good perfumer made it basically the maker of the best selling male perfume of all time. so im not surprise it fair well, but sauvage still managed to came on top

buy a sample/decant. I Just did for like 10 bucks It's actually super good get like a pineapple in the start and bergamont followed by a smoky and wood smell

fragrances that haven't been reformulated can still smell "different" and by different i mean they can have bad batches that smell lighter, dior homme is a good example, the original 2011 one has a batch difference that makes people believe it's reformulated again, but in reality it's just a batch that needs you to apply more of because it's weaker

Don’t waste your money. I bought the 10ml Office to try, and it’s good. I then bought bigger bottle 100ml but unfortunately the scent is SUPER WEAK (check out Robin James youtube review). I was very disappointed and regretted for paying too much! Darn it! I sent a complain, but all they gave is discount code for next purchase. I was willing to return it if i could. Just stick to your other perfumes, u get better deals too.

You can only really compare like this : you should make your videos with 3 men wearing each one one of the fragrances having only sprayed them on skin, not on clothes at all. And then go to the streets at least 2h after they sprayed it and have the ladies smell it.
