I had this model for years before I accidentally dropped it and broke the hard drive. I have it still as sort of a side project to fix, and this video will help me bring it back to life! Thanks for the informative video!
My hdd is not working, is there any way to have backup of data using some external tool, I also don't have is back-up as it's on hdd

No limit on the SSD. You can go with any storage capacity

Hello, could you give the hp x360 exact model? Because i was seeking this particular model with upgradable ram and ssd. And it seems this model could utilize m2 ssd also
IX360 2021 later model only has m2 drive and soldered ram, so i thought this model will be better choice for future proofing
How do you transfer or re-install Windows on the new hard drive?

No. When you can new hard drive, your data stay in old hard drive.

That means the laptop HD is dead. You need a replacement

I have same error but it passes memory and hard drive test. I shook my laptop a little and it's working again and now just stopped again after 7 hours. I'll start looking for new hard drive
