I like these two women. They were not fussed about the dated kitchen in the duplex, which is refreshing. So many buyers want to rip out the current kitchens/bathrooms, which to me, if they're holiday homes, is a waste of money. I've rented so many places in the Caribbean and as long as the appliances and the plumbing works, and it's clean, it doesn't matter that the interiors are not modernized. You spend most of your time outside, anyway. Thanks for the upload.
Although i am not a big fan of upside down layouts, the duplex apartment was really lovely. I would pick it as well but update it to look as nice and morden as the 4rh one, if possible open up the kitchen into the dinning room and put an island. The bathrooms i will update as well. I loved the fact that it was below budget, had 4 bedrooms, private parking and big outdoor space.
