Hi Grandbabycakes I made your 7up biscuits this morning 12/4/21 these biscuits are soooo delicious 😋👍🏾 I use self rising flour! 😍
Amazing!!!
I absolutely LOVE whipping these up whenever I can since they go perfect with SO many meals! What are some of your fav foods to eat with biscuits? If you don't know, that's alright! I have all sorts of amazing dishes to help you find out! grandbaby-cakes.com/savory-2/
Those biscuits look soft and yummy. Thank you for sharing. I'm trying this recipe.
Hope you enjoy!!
Rather than brushing butter on the top, you can simply flip them over in the butter as you add them into the skillet. This recipe is all about working smarter, not harder, yeah? 😊
It’s the singing and shoulder shimmy for me!
Yesss, thanks!!
I made these today and they were fantastic. Who would’ve thought - 7UP?! I love putting the cast iron skillet to use, it’s been in the family for about 50 years or so and has cooked for several generations. Thanks!
I’m so glad you liked it!
They say "Cut and Do Not Twist" the cutting ring, for higher rise biscuits.
Okay baby cakes making them now!!
This looks so easy and delicious. I can’t wait to try it!😍
They look nice and fluffy. I'll gonna try this recipe because I had another one from scratch that wasn't as fool proof.
So easy...I have to make.. maybe this weekend❣️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Thanks
Hope you enjoy! And adapt them to the size you like.
We need smell-o-vision for this! :D Looks so delicious!!
It's so good!
Hello 👋🏾
What does the 7-up do to the biscuit?
Very nice. 😊
LOOKS. SO. Delicious
Wow they look so delicious 😊thank you for sharing your recipe !
The first time I made these biscuits, I was able to use a biscuit cutter. Now, I have made adjustments, use your recipe and they still yield a very soft, sticky unable to pat down recipe. I just drop them in the pan. I rather cut them.
Wonderful! I love a good drop biscuit too!
I really enjoyed making the recipe. My only issue was, after adding all my ingredients, the consistency would never form to a solid dough. It remained soupy like. I continued adding flour and the soup kept forming. I eventually scooped out my biscuits using a spatula(I'm a retired refinery oil worker) onto the skillet. As ugly as they looked, they turned out to be delicious! Any suggestions on what I can do different would be appreciated. Thank you again for the recipe. I'm certainly not giving up. Stay safe all!
What’s the temperature of the oven how long you keep them in there
450. You can find the full recipe here: grandbaby-cakes.com/7-up-biscuits/

You really shouldn’t twist when you cut it seals the edges and stunt the rising. But beautiful biscuits
