Hey, this is gonna be super helpful for you and your hair journey. Some things that seem basic are actually so necessary! I remember I stopped doing this every week (along with me being lazy with other things) and my hair was slower to grow and it was so irritating. I think I am going to try this method I m really trying to keep moisture in my hair and grow my hair to my waist. My goal is to have healthy, strong, hair. My hair came out due to medicine and surgery I had last year so I’m on my hair journey to growing healthy long beautiful hair. Thank you for your video

I just did the big chop yesterday and literally rocking an extremely low cut right now… what products should I be using on my hair to start out? i’ve been going through your videos but my hair is nowhere near your length, so I’m worried if I mimic you exactly that I will be overdoing things 😭
