    The roadrunners moving to Phoenix as the AHL affiliate of the Utah club would be pretty insulting to the market.

      Like Winnipeg lost the Jets and then got an IHL team, Eventually becoming the farm team of the vancouver canucks, a hated rival.
      It happens. Suck it up.
      If you guys like hockey and you want an expansion team, you're going to have to accept an ahl team for a while.

      @@ryananderson5202 Or like when we lost our team in Hartford, and almost immediately, the Rangers placed their trash and somewhat insignificant AHL barn team here to fill the void and take advantage of the situation.

      @@ryananderson5202 Québec was also the AHL affiliate of the Habs. I would love to see Mulllet Arena become home of the ECHL affiliate of the Winnipeg Jets!
