New Launch: Axis Horizon Credit Card Features and Benefits

- Axis Bank has recently launched Axis Horizon credit card. This card is meant to replace Citi PremierMiles card. In this video, we discuss the features and benefits of this card and share our views on where this card stands viz-a-viz Citi PremierMiles card.
Moving from Citi to Axis is like downgrading from Audi to Alto 🤐
Even though Axis has come up with some good cards to migrate Citi cards & customers to, I am not too sure if Axis can uphold the same grade of service which Citi has been offering me.
Axis customer care is not good is all I have been hearing from most people with some saying that it's been a good experience, but that is rare.
I am happy to have downgraded my Citi Private account to the basic Citi account and move out my TRV to other banks instead.
I have a relative who has Burgundy but hasn't been happy with them.
The Axis Olympus does look good on paper, but Axis being Axis might devalue it next quarter or so lol
Axis service is definitely not of Citi's standards. You took a good decision of moving your business to other banks.
As far as Olympus goes it does look good. We believe that Axis has already excluded rewards on a lot of categories and the reward rate is also not unrealistic. Lifestyle benefits are pretty good (these might be devalued sooner). But Axis being Axis you never know when they will devalue Olympus too. Their business decisions are usually driven by whims rather than logic.

A few months back, I was trying to change the Add on Mbl number for my prestige card and called the Citi Cust support ( I think that the agent was from Axis tho), the person on the line kept telling me about how I can convert my outstanding into EMIs, like every few minutes lol, and later at night, I got an email regarding the Axis devaluations of Magnus, Airtel axis and all other cards.
Anyways, good work on your videos. I find your videos to be quite insightful. Your videos are to the point which save quite some time and also your overall ratings at the end make it even easier for the viewers to understand.
Hi Please advise which should consider to apply between Horizon and Atlas, and also is it true that in Atlas edge miles can be transferred to only one partner airline or hotel?

I called their customer care and they said yes. But I don't trust the axis customer care team. They don't know their own product details. Please help.
As of now, no spend requirement to access lounges. But they may add in the next few months.

Axis Atlas is better by paying ₹2000 extra power year
