It is actually quite easy with a little training. If you've done any more serious level of cooking for a while it just comes naturally. I used to cut myself a lot when I started cooking. Haven't cut myself in years (of course now I jinxed it and will cut myself)

Yeah I mean I think it makes sense too, bc there are some beers that I would say ate "dry" at times. As far as flavoring and how wet they make my taste buds vs how dried my mouth feels after. I like wet beers. The wetter the better.
